I recently bought a car from Florida Car Collection, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

First, the car was supposed to arrive in 6 days but took over 4 weeks to get to my house. To make things worse, it was delivered to the wrong address at 11 PM. The driver didn’t ask for ID and just had my neighbor sign on an iPhone before leaving the car in the street. Luckily, my neighbors are honest people, or my car could’ve been gone!

On top of that, I had to file a police report because at one point no one could tell me where my car even was. I was told it was in Midland, Texas and would arrive the next day, but 4 days later I was informed it was somehow back in Dallas, adding another 5 days to the delivery time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Second, the car is full of issues that weren’t disclosed. I now need a new catalytic converter, air filter, and new headlight, new battery and new radio. I understand it’s a used car and sold “as-is,” but this dealership clearly knew about these problems and failed to mention them.

To make matters worse, over 150 miles were added to the odometer compared to what was listed on the title. I understand 20-40 miles might be added during transport, but 150 is ridiculous. I seriously question why my car was being driven so much after it was already sold.

Third, once I wired the money, it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. The dealer didn’t care at all and only responded after multiple attempts on my end to get updates on the car.

Lastly, the car was filthy upon arrival. I found women’s underwear tucked into the trunk and men’s shorts that were never shown in the listing photos. Absolutely disgusting!

Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I would never recommend this place or their transportation service. Be prepared for endless delays, hidden issues, and zero customer care. I’m now having to hire an attorney to deal with this mess.

In response to the owner saying it’s minor 10 dollar fixes, a whole catalytic converter replacement is not a 10 dollar fix but a few hundred dollar fix. As well as this car not being 250,000 it was 175,099 when I received it was 176,199. To add to the numerous things wrong with it the oil pan is damaged and was covered with duct tape and painted black to match so it wouldn’t be noticeable

Excellent service from the get go. Emailed about a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. Explained we wanted to use our credit union Suncoast and Ana indicated that
would not be a problem. I emailed with multiple questions and she was quick to respond with great detail. It was more than worth the hour and a
half drive when we met up with Jon, took the test drive, and completed the purchase. There were no hidden fees or deceptive tactics, just a great
truck and an even better price.

Never thought buying a car sight unseen other than photos could be so easy. Jon was a pleasure to work with.

This place was awesome. Just bought a great car here. They had a nice inventory of economically priced vehicles to choose from. Jon was extremely professional and courteous. He worked with me on price as well. Oh yeah, he even delivered the car to my house at no cost which was amazing. I would recommend Florida Car Collection to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at a fair price.

What a great experience under 3 hours we were in and out with the vehicle of our dreams. Our salesman Marques Jones was a delight. He was very
knowledgeable in regards to the cars we asked about, was polite and answered our questions with a smile even if I repeated myself. When we found what
we were looking for we told them what our budget was for payments they came within a few pennies. From there I signed the paperwork and was out

JC was very responsive to earlier phone calls and was extremely helpful when we arrived after a long trip from where we live. I purposely waited to post a review until after we had an in-depth inspection done on the car, which came out pretty well - whatever needed to be done to the car, which was not a whole lot, seemed to have been factored into the purchase price.
