I have purchased many cars over the course of my life, both new and used. And I have experienced a range of experiences of the dealer purchase process - from painful to excruciating. I can finally add 'pleasant' to that list.

While searching the online postings at Car Gurus I found a used car for my son that met all his requirements for cost, quality, size, etc. I reached out to the seller, Florida Direct Sales, and spoke with the co-owner, Luis Velazquez, a bit about the car. I found out that their car lot was located about 40 minutes north of me; however, they volunteered to bring the car to us so we could see and test drive it. I was able to make those arrangements, and true to their word, the other co-owner, Eric, arrived in front of my house on time, providing us with the opportunity to drive the car, which operated flawlessly and was in better condition that the photos and video did it justice.

Subsequent to the test drive, we discussed and finalized on the price and committed to the purchase and they in turn committed to holding the car, and providing the paperwork needed so my son could finalize his pre-approved loan. The dealer made the process simple by providing everything we needed to get to the lender, and once the loan was approved, they got the car licensed and dropped it right off at our door once again.

This ‘door to door’ personal concierge service was second to none and although your experience may vary I am quite certain it will be a positive one. I can honestly say that the next time I am in the market for a car, I will be calling Luis and Eric at Florida Direct Sales for repeat performance.
