This is 5+ Stars experience with this dealership. The staff was nice and professional. The auto salon is huge and you have tremendous among of cars to choose. I came for only particular vehicle I found online from this place and I got it same day. The sales person Claudia and Nikita were the best of the best. They got me best deal on my trade-in and best deal on my new vehicle. The financial representative Julia got me bank approval even though my credit wasn’t the best. The team over there tremendously nice and professional. They definitely know what to do and how to do it. I will definitely come back to this people for my next ride.

I really wish I could give 5 stars as I was anticipating given the other good reviews but that is not the case. My sales rep was Claudia, who was wonderful with communication personally, and even on her off time to make sure that a deal was finalized. However, the reason I am giving two stars is because of the lack of communication between Florida fine motors & their other branches. The car that I found that was technically under contract with me was sold out from under me, and then I was presented with an alternative. The original car I had attempted to buy was a little less expensive and they could not match that price (only $1.5k less). I feel like if they valued their customers and wanted good business, then they should’ve taken the fall for that and match the price. Secondly, I was quoted a pretty high APR initially with outstanding credit and was only given a lower APR because I refuted the first offer and told them I was prequalified with capital one.

Highly recommend Claudia if you plan to do business with them.
The will refund your deposit which is a plus!!
My other recommendations - buy in person, not online/out of state. I found through car gurus. Plus there is $2,000 in dealer fees, $650 shipping fee, FL & your own state taxes - out of state buyer beware.

Highly recommend this dealership! From the time we got there till we left we felt well taken care of! Claudia was our salesperson and she was extremely sweet and knew what she was doing. We even had two kids under two with us (I know what was I thinking) and she didn’t flench to help us whereas other dealerships nobody wanted to come up to us. Everyone was so friendly and the financing person was awesome too. They really helped make a good deal and had our interest in mind. New proud owner of an Atlas! Make sure to ask for Claudia on your next visit 🙂

I bought a car that I saw online I was looking for. I did everything from NC through email and text messages. Very easy and smooth process. I flew down to Miami and picked it up and drove it back. Super bunch of people. They have some extremely nice vehicles at awesome prices. Check them out!!! I bought the red one. The other two were ones they had for sale in their show room. Brandon S. Was my sales Rep and Jesse was my finance Rep. there was a female that was very helpful and friendly that took me for the test drive. Don’t remember her name sorry but we had fun on the test drive.

The best service I have ever encountered in a car dealership. You can just come, briefly explain what you need, and in a couple of hours you will drive away in the car of your dreams. At the same time, the prices are quite reasonable, and the choice is very large. Special thanks to sales representative Nikita Makarov and financial manager Yulia Dudenko. We bought a car and signed the contract over this past weekend based on some information, pictures and videos the seller sent to my husband. Harold (seller) mentioned if we don't like the car we have three days to return it. The car finally arrived today to find it has more scratches that were never shown on the pictures/videos. It has a piece broken at the bottom that was never mentioned to my husband by this guy Harold either, and on top of that, we were very clear we did't want a car with weird smells, and he assured us the inside was good and with fresh odor. The car seems like previous owner was a smoker, and the whole car smells so bad. We mentioned how unprofessional was to lie to us like that, and now they stated we cannot return the car because the three days passed already because it counted from the day we signed the contract. How are we supposed to determine if the car was what this guy Harold sold to us if it didn't arrive it until today
Harold, you are the worst person and such a liar selling under false advertisement, you and this company ruined my daughter's first car core memory experience!
