Best car shopping experience I have ever had!

I was finally able to purchase the car of my dreams, 2017 Acura NSX. First time buying a car from another state sight unseen! When you are spending a larger amount of money on a car, you get nervous not being able to inspect it before you buy it.

Let me tell you, I have bought 5 Lexus cars, and they have amazing at customer service (That is why I come back). Craig Batta went above and beyond!

He sent me videos, pictures, pointed out where there might be a scratch, and best of all, the cold start and underbody video!

It was the best and most simple buying experience that I have ever gone through! Craig was detailed, walk me through the entire process, sent me updates, and answered my dumb questions. It was amazing customer service! I bought the car and FPC got it transported to Ohio for me last week!

What put me at ease is that they stand by their word and what they sell! Discovered a small issue a week later and Florida Performance Cars remediated for me even though it is a 7-year-old car and sold as is! Now each purchase is going to be different, but I am truly amazed that there are still companies out there like Florida Performance Cars that take care of their clients!

I have been spreading the word to my friends looking for a fun car and will definitely be buying from them again when I am ready for my second super car! (Definitely keeping the NSX for a while)

From my first phone call with Craig, I was given top notch service and attention. I called the shop when they were about to close, but Craig went the extra mile and stayed late to send me some pictures and videos of a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS I was interested in. We continued to text that evening and Craig sent me everything I requested regarding the car. I was a bit nervous buying a car of this caliber sight unseen, but after all the videos, photos, and reports I received, I decided to pull the trigger. He even helped with the sale of my 997 C4S. Within 4 hours of receiving my payment, the car was loaded onto a trailer and headed to NY! 2 Days later the car was unloaded and I have not stopped driving it. The car was everything described in the ad and everything Craig promised it would be.

I purchased a 2015 Huracan from FPC and besides a few Vipers, this was my first exotic car. I was a bit skeptical buying it sight unseen however I asked them to nitpick it for me and they did just that. The car is exactly what I hoped it to be. I had it shipped to a friend’s house in Florida and drove it 6 hours back with no issues. The car is exactly what I was after, in excellent shape, and a great price. Craig was great, no stress or pressure like some dealers will try to put you in. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from FPC I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
