Crazy Busy gas station, convenience store but it’s busy for a reason! The gas was cheap, it’s on the way to the interstate and on the right side ;).

And then you walk inside and suddenly all is right with the world. The chaos of the parking lot disappears and the clean, organized, well stocked market with FRESHLY BAKED PUEBLO BREAD is complemented by some of the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a gas station/ convenience store.

They got me back on the road for the last part of my trip home completely de stressed and with a fresh attitude all by being genuine and kind. These are some very hard working folks to create that atmosphere with that level of constant business.

And the Pueblo bread was delicious!

The management and employees here are rude. They can’t comprehend the simplest tasks. And get upset with you and call you names and when you defend yourself they get more upset. They need new people specially the red haired native lady talking down on everyone . She definitely should not be working here if she can’t handle the simplest customer service job.

My experience here is consistently poor, it feels like the staff have no clue or understanding of where they work, you ask them for a product and they look at you like they're a fish out of water. Then, on top of this, they only ever have one register open at a time, even when there's a line of people stretching outside.

It feels like this company is run by someone allergic to money and allergic to good customer service.

Went to post a Google review and was asked to leave the store, even going to be a positive review until the manager Melanie and security patrol Bernard forced me out. I would recommend removing Google Business Map so that it will not allow posts from customers. They have a great selection of goods but do not wish anyone to photograph anything...wonder why. Yes, this store is fully stocked. Gas stations are always quick with 3 registers going. Please wear your masks they are required, no temperature checks. They have a super sweet security lady inside by registers. You can get everything here from beer, to NM scratchers, Powerballs, Redbull, Coffee, Slurpees, Cigarette Cartons, Candy Bars, Restrooms, Pepsi, Juices, ATM, Air for tires, Oils for your vehicles. Its fully decorated in front. Great Native Gas Station with gift ideas if your looking for something unique. Safety dividers at registers.

It would be nice if y’all would put out some kinda information when your store is going to be closed. Just a simple piece of paper stating why not open and when you will reopen. There’s a lot of people that go to your store that live far away including me, people today have no consideration for others. Especially store owners. Answering your phones would be nice to to give us some kind of feedback on why you’re closed at that time.

Customer service SUCKS!!! Manager Lucy is so so rude to her customers she doesn't give the customers what they ask for then when told that is not what u asked for she throws a fit throws whatever you asked for at u. Lucy go work at the city dump cause u need to be with what fits u an that's trash!!!!

I like this place for two reasons, cheap cigarettes and beer. They have some of the best local beer in town at great prices. Growlers come in 32oz and 64oz sizes and refills are only $3.99 and $7.49 respectively. All the beer is brewed fresh locally. Plus they have a large selection of local beers on hand from most of the local breweries. The workers are friendly and polite. This is just a wonderful place for trying out local beers.
