I don't write many reviews because I'm a native New Yorker and therefore a tough critic, but I wanted to take a few minutes to write one here because of how impressed I was with my entire experience at Future Auto Sales. I had my eye on a used Fiat 500 convertible but was apprehensive about the buying process - and boy was I wrong. I got to Future and was treated...humanely! The team there listened to my needs, didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics, was friendly and very knowledgeable, and most importantly, gave me a nice price and made the entire process efficient. From test drive to driving off the lot in my new used car, I was there for barely an hour. It couldn't have been a better buying experience. And now I have the perfect convertible for Southern California living.

I recently bought a used Civic from Future Auto Sales and so far it's been great! Emin and Jesse were amazing and made the entire process super straightforward. They couldn't get me a lower price but they didn't charge any absurd dealer fees so I think it was fair. Their cars were clean and in great condition—they even changed the tires and fixed all the issues that came up during the pre-purchase inspection. Friendly, honest, and efficient. Thank you! ⭐️

My son wanted to purchase his first car so we started our search online. And per usual, we ran into dealerships that posted one price but when we called about the car they wanted to add on lots of other fees. I was so thankful when I connected with Future Auto Sales. I spoke with Alex. I told him I wasn't interested in paying any extra fees and asked if I can get the car for the price that it was listed for on their website. He was honest, he didn't try to play games, and assured me that he would not add any additional fees. I told him what time we would be arriving to see the car, and Alex told me that he would not be available at that time due to a previously schedule appointment. He told me to see Emin. Emin was aware of us when we arrived. And he honored everything that Alex told us. Emin was very patient with us. He did not make us feel rushed or pressured. Additionally, Emin and the Business Manager, Jesse, worked hard to get the price even a little lower. The whole process was smooth, and quick - they didn't keep me there for hours, like so many other dealerships tend to do.

I am pleased with the entire experience!! I'm so grateful that my son was spared from all the crazy tactics that other car dealerships employ.

I had the WORST experience with this dealership. They sold me the car, and a week later I started to hear noises in the car, two weeks later some lights came on in the front screen. I went to them twice to see if they would be responsible for the damages, the manager David didn’t help me, The seller laughed in my face when he saw me asking. At the end they just wanted to take the car to their auto-shop and then I have to pay for the damages. In other words, I bought a damaged car from them (I didn't know the car was bad), and then they want me to pay the cost of the repair too. The car was bought two weeks ago, and now the cost of the repair is $3,133.83, It was obvious that it was a double business for them. They are scammers. ❌ I have proof, receipts and everything if you want to know more.

Alex the sales representative and Jesse the financing specialist are awesome. Straight forward, honest, professional, and diligent. I was looking for a reliable vehicle at a good price and in good condition and found just that. They have sedans at the mid level price to incredible luxury and sporty cars.
