My experience with these guys was terrific! I couldn't be more happier with the service in their office. I contacted the dealership online, and within 10 minutes I was contacted by Mr. Micheal. I was in a bad situation after being in a car accident with someone else at fault with no insurance, and suspended drivers license, and I only had a small down payment. He told me the information that he needed, and the next morning he was calling to ask what time I could be there, that he had me approved. It was a very easy experience for me, they had everything together and ready to go. Thanks guys, y'all are awesome!!

Customer service is horrible. People really need to go take a class on how to communicate with customers, or should i say other races. The whole talking down to people based on their skin color is disgusting to me and i feel like this place is one of those places that do this! If the customer service was better and quality of the vehicles, as much as they charge for a used car smh, then maybe they would have better business and better ratings. Do better it's 2024!

Oh my experience of course it was wonderful when they're trying to sell you a car but let me just say Don't Let It Go 10 months without a payment being missed and then be late on a payment and not even the whole payment just a quarter of the payment being late because you get nasty text messages from them saying either have this payment or have it ready for repo that's just incredible to me how rude they can be

A co worker mention them I showed up next thing I know I have received a thank you card in the mail sales associate man went over my paper work slowly and talked me through everything if something went south he mentioned to show up like men and talk about it I really would like to appreciate and thank the services department what a great team very nice people and respectful they did not stop working on mine till it was completely done no if ands of buts a guy actually said he will not stop working on it till it’s fixed

I recently had gotten a vehicle from this place. Things were going well as far as my payments being on time. Until I hit a snag in my life and things went beyond my control. I was late on my 3rd car payment due to being employed with a new job and trying to keep in contact with the car lot as much as I possibly could. The snag was that I ended up incarcerated for 10 days and had no way of keeping in touch with the car lot to let them know what had happened. So when i was incarcerated they had repossessed my vehicle due to late payment. That's understandable. But what I don't understand is that when I was finally released after 10 days. I immediately contacted the car lot to let them know what was going on and that I wanted to continue to making the payments. But only to find out that they had sold it on the day I was released. I still had personal items including the contract between the car lot and I. I just don't think this was even right for them to do without giving me a chance to pay the payments. Especially in a timely manner that was way to soon for them to even sell it that fast. So that's why I give them the rating of 4. Thanks for taking my 3000 down and not giving a

I cant say I had a bad experience. Most of the folks up there are very polite. They did help me get into a car with very little money down and credit that was still under repair. They also gave me a small amount of leeway when I was late on payments, but only when I called them well in advance and the leeway was very limited. Some of their policies didnt make much sense to me, so all I'll say is that if it isn't in writing, it's not binding. Overall, Id say they were decent folks to do business with, but I probably won't get another vehicle from them unless I have a serious need for transportation.
