They’re a great advocate for independent dealerships. They represent dealers at the Capital, provide opportunities for growth, and continuously communicate updates. Not to mention - they host their yearly convention which provides an opportunity for dealers to connect with exhibitors and vendors throughout the USA. Great organization!! Definitely recommend joining if you’re an independent dealership and want to stay ahead in this forever changing market !!!!

Wow, my friend and I visited the Georgia Independent Automobile yesterday and every single representative we interacted with was very courteous, professional and seems to enjoy helping all the customers. A huge shout-out to Ms. Michelle, she was beyond sensational; she really took care of us and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. She's really a wonderful human being and I'm sure that GIADA knows her worth and in the event it didn't, it should. She really made our day. Keep up the good Michelle. In my book, you deserve an A+.

Horrible people and worse customer service. Paid $190 for TOPS. UPS handed it off to a random Joe instead of placing it in the mail box. Called GIADA to get a refund so I can come in person and purchase them. One guy on the phone laughed at my situation and the director was no help. Kept talking about her new bracelet by some designer instead of my situation. And would not let me talk at all pretty much. They offered to replace 10 tags instead of the 30 tags that I ordered. ANY other company would offer a full refund or money back. She kept comparing her bracelet to this situation, so lets compare companies.. Amazon loses thousands a day too but they still offer full refund/replacement not a partial replacement. Disgusting people. Very disappointed. Really wish there was a different company that offers the same thing. No way we are tied down to one single company that only is allowed to sell these. Ohh and the other TOPS were cancelled and useless to whoever took them.
