Really good bbq! Service was great and we received our food fast. We tried the pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans. The mac and cheese tasted oven baked with extra melted cheddar cheese on top. The pulled pork was flavorful and tender. The baked beans were cooked to perfection. Hits the spot when you are craving comfort food!

Was famished after a day at the beach and was surprised to see this BBQ/Jamaican place with good reviews on Google Maps.

Decided to do a pick up order and upon arriving there were ZERO parking spots. Food wasn’t ready and honestly I did not expect a little hole in the wall. White older male who came to the front window had an attitude maybe because he was working alone on a holiday weekend ‍♀️

After taking the food back to the hotel I can see that my $50 meal was NOT in anyway worth it. The WORST Jamaican food I have ever had.. The best thing on that entire plate was the bread roll and the mac n cheese. Jerk chicken was off and so was the BBQ sauce just wasn’t what was expected, so basically the garbage can ate more than I did.

My family ordered the ribs combo and they said it was “eh” - no flavor, they were a bit pink on the inside and the potato salad was bland.. let me help you save your money —> go elsewhere for real BBQ and real Jamaican food

Please heed the warnings of the other disappointed customers. We saw an article and read the reviews of how good this place was. The website stated it was open at 12 we showed up at 12:30 to find it closed. We asked a worker who showed up a bit later what time it opened. She immediately said they were on summer hours and I should have checked the website. We informed her the website was incorrect.

The website also stated seating if you wanted to eat at the restaurant. Their searing was a splintered picnic bench and two random stools.

We ordered a rib plate, brisket and pulled pork, we tried the Mac and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, and coleslaw.

The ribs were bland, the brisket was dry with no flavor, the pulled pork was terrible too. The sides were even worse. The baked beans had a strong curry flavor, and inedible. The potato salad couldn’t be saved even with salt and pepper. The coleslaw had a weird unexplained flavor, and lastly the Mac and cheese wasn’t even worth eating. 80 dollars down the drain. Just don’t do it, please.

The barbeque here was described as the best barbeque in St Pete Beach... and it does NOT disappoint! Best barbeque I've had around the area in a long time! The brisket was juicy and falling apart, no knife needed. The ribs were, quite literally, fall off the bone! The bacon and fried cabbage was fantastic, as was the collard greens and mac and cheese. Toss in a fantastic DJ MeDik show and it was the best end to a great weekend. The atmosphere is great, the service was wonderful and the food is one of a kind. A "must" if you like a little "hole in the wall" spot to get a bite. They also offer takeout.

Update: Came back to try the jerk chicken and was greatly surprised by how they have spruced up the space while the food stays TASTY! There is now a beautiful wooden picnic table with benches right in the front. AND in the back they now have a bar serving beer with a few tables. Perfect if you can't wait to get home to dig into the food. We ordered the brisket and the jerk chicken this time. Both were excellent. The sides were fantastic too. Love the baked beans and the greens.

A great local gem operated out of a window. We're excited to see a table and several chairs as we're famished and it smelled so good when we walked by after coming off from the beach. We enjoyed the pulled pork and the potato salad. The brisket was our favorite - perfect with the sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. We are looking forward to trying the jerk chicken next time.
