Do NOT buy any car through hey car!
I got a SEAT Ibiza from here back in July and a few days later the engine management light came on!
Trying to contact them is a joke and no one wants to help you. I returned this vehicle and got a replacement and then unfortunately it was written off 3 days after. After a couple of months i then got a another replacement vehicle which went into Limp Mode 5 days after i got this one!
At first i thought it was just my bad luck but turns out it's pretty much all cars through them.
Hey car don't have any idea what car you are getting and the condition on the vehicle they just try and sell you cars that aren't road worthy!
The Staff are terrible and after sales don't want to know you. The attitude from the staff is absolutely disgusting and try to make out your lying .
The Admin staff who arrange deliveries and collections are just as bad and talk to you like dirt.
The only positive experience were the guys delivering and collecting the cars! ( who also advised me that your supposed to leave a certain amount of fuel in the car before delivering to a customer.) Which clearly did not happen?

From their high number of positive reviews they must get it right most of the time, however when it goes wrong they struggle to put things right in a timely fashion and when that involves thousands of pounds, are you prepared to take that risk? When so many of the reviewers give them the lowest possible score and they are handling thousands of pounds of your money, are you prepared to use a company you can’t trust?
As others have reported the sale appeared to be progressing smoothly, I had paid the deposit and the balance for the car only to be told 48 hours later, despite having conformation from Harkaran Heer that he had spoken to the dealer, that the car had been sold to someone else. I understand mistakes happen but the measure of a good company is how they sort the problem. To be told repeatedly that it would take between 3 and 5 business days for the money to be returned is frankly not good enough. The sales team work hard 7 days a week and will happily phone and chase leads on Saturdays and Sundays, the other departments clearly don’t work the same way and are very difficult to speak to.
I would expect a good company to be bending over backwards to return money that doesn’t belong to them.

Once they took your deposit, they disappear. the telephone line forever engaged.
not sure how other people can give a hige score. I am with some people to give them a lowest score.
don't waste your time as they will waste your time.
Its almost like scam. now I don't know where to get my £99back. should I take them to the small court?

Easy access to wide range of cars. Clear filter system to narrow down selection. I got free delivery but not sure if that was a limited period offer. Car is in excellent condition. Pleasant and courteous delivery driver.

Was searching the net helping my daughter look for a new Audi Q2, found Heycar site which helped me locate a great car using its search engine. Filtered vehicles and found a great car at a Audi dealership, which I hadn’t even seen using Audi’s direct used car search engine. I have read other reviews and maybe we did something different, as we only used the Heycar site to search for the vehicle and then they help us connect with the Audi dealership, who we sorted out the deal directly with. I would definitely recommend you trying it out if your looking for a new vehicle but as with all things, you take your time review other deals and make sure it’s right for you before committing to a new vehicle ?

1st attempt to purchase car was not successful. Refund of £99 was made.
2nd attempt to purchase same car was successful. However sales team / customer service so poor. Very late response by email.
When calling, either no answer and if answered details taken each time same information again and again, name, number, email address.
Point of contact is never available, either told he is in meeting or on a call, but later when responded by email after few days, contact tells me he was out office.
When vehicle was delivered, vehicle was not valeted. It was unfit to drive. Delivery driver said they had to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned. The dealer said the delivery driver accepted the vehicle and therefore I had to accept it. Dealer blamed the delivery driver. A long list of issues was provided with photos.
No apologies for the 20+ failures including fault with vehicle and wrong milage.
Vehicle was returned, and same day dealer put the vehicle back on website for sale with old data and wrong milage.
Refund took few days, but returned. Never again!

I can not fault the service from start to finish. I was kept upto date all the way through my purchase. The delivery was excellent Ceejay is a true gentleman & professional. Thank you to the whole team for an excellent service.
