I got the run around. I spoke to Shan on the phone about a 1975 Avanti. He suggested I make an offer. I said 6500.00 they were asking 9995.00 He said come on down. I get there we have a friendly chat he gets my info. I have a cash deposit so I'm prepared but he suggested I make an offer. Then he says we have to speak to the other guy.He says the complete opposite of what Shan said.The other guy said they had a buyer from Japan..It was a waste of time. I call 2 weeks later. because the ad was still up. This time Shan said they took a DEPOSIT on the car.Thats what I came there to do 2 weeks ago!
I could imply something but I'll refrain. Lastly guys --CLEAN UP THE OFFICE and the parking lot--or hire someone to do it !

The car are nice you just have to put love in care in them because they are used the people are nice but they are horrible when it comes to picking up the phone they need a security to answer phone calls.

These guys helped me get the vehicle I wanted, BUT they are asking more than what the vehicles are worth. And if you are paying your monthly payments through their Wells Fargo account, make sure you call them and make sure it is received and that they acknowledge that is has been received. I’ve called them the past three days and they will not check to make sure my payment has been received. They are quick to rush you off the phone and make you feel like your time is not important. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here.

Mike and Sean are awesome! They sold me a black jeep patriot at a time when my credit was not so great, I was able to get in-house financing and they worked with me through the pandemic when times and got tough. SCAM ALERT!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!

This company does everything it can to avoid the law and standard of California State regulations of used car dealerships. They broke the lemon law on my car. Promised me that my car would be in working order before it left the lot. Within the second month it broke down. They then charges me money to fix it. They put a tracking device in my fuse box that burnt out the air conditioner fan and the windshield wiper fluid pump. I begged for months that they fix my car and they said they'll charge me for parts. Then the transmission was going out and they said they will charge me an hourly rate to fix it. When I talked a second time about the transmission z they changed their story and told me to go to Aamco. All they want is your money. I found out that they were charging over $2k over the blue book value and it wasn't in the best shape. Not only that but they then charges a financing gee that added another $2k to the cost. With also charging for repairs, I'm sure they intended for me to be a lifelong customer on just one vehicle. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! NOTICE HOW MANY 1STAR REVIEWS THEY RECEIVED.
