Mark was really helpful when I needed to replace my car. Gave him a description of what I was looking for and a budget we could afford and within a week we had our new car! Not that impressed.
Did 2 MOTs with them. The first one, they didn’t tell me that some were just advisories, and charged me for them. It was only once I got the invoice I could see my mistake with them.

Second time, the car failed, I took it away to repair but on the phone I asked if there would be a reduction in cost for the retest. Government guidance says next day is free, within 10 days is 50% original cost.
They flat out refused this and said it would cost the full fee again.

Booked in with another local garage who were no problem.

There work was fine and staff were generally polite. But they didn’t like me taking the car away and not paying £90 for fitting a rear bumper reflector.

Recently bought Volvo xc60 from this garage and am delighted with all aspects of the service received. I bought after seeing online and the car was delivered to my door 240 miles away and was immaculate in every way. I got decent price in px as well . I dealt with Simon who was straight forward and honest it has been a pleasure to deal with this garage, would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a daytona grey Audi S3 sportback from Hope Scott. After going to see an S3 from an independant garage in London and being deflated I took the punt of travelling from Leicester to Edinburgh to view this one. The service I got was excellent, very honest sales work by Mark with multiple videos and all service history made available prior to me travelling. Mark even sorted out a few bits and pieces on the car before I arrived so it was perfect to make the 300+ drive home. Mark even picked me up from Haymarket train station on a Sunday afternoon.
They did offer home delivery but due to holidays I would have had to wait a further week and I am impatient.
Even though the garage is very far from me, Id have no hesitation making the journey again for a future car.
