After dealing with many garages throughout Ayrshire I specifically chose Kerr & Smith as I have a Vauxhall to do a NOX sensor replacement on my car. The car was off the road for 2 weeks and when I got the car back 5 wheel nut covers were missing from the 1 wheel that they removed, when I contacted them to ask if they could be returned, I was told that the mechanic said they were never on the car. This is a blatant lie and I am sure they have lost/misplaced them. This is not good customer service or practice to return a car with missing parts and then deny that they were there to save replacing them, the cost is not an issue but the principle that I gave them the car in good faith and for them to deny liability does not project good working practice. I would not recommend this garage.

I had the strangest experience with this dealership. I know you might struggle to believe this. In fact, I'm still coming to terms with it. I recently bought a used van from a salesman called Scott, and at no time did he lie to me or mislead me or be anything other than helpful. I have never had this sort of experience when dealing with a used car or van dealership before. From the moment i found my wonderful new van until driving it home, it has been a wonderful, pain-free experience. Do not hesitate to use this dealership. You will not be disappointed .

My car went in for a service and MOT and needed work done further to a previous recall. They contacted the Head office to address the issue and took the pressure of my shoulders. I was thinking of getting a new car but after all the excellent work they have done I will be hanging onto it for a while longer as its driving as good as the day I bought it. Very helpful and professional team ! Could not fault the quality of work and service, also the girls that do the admin work are great and kept me in the loop throughout. 1st class service !

We were rescued by Marco and his oppo ( didn't get his name) when our clutch died while we we were on the last leg of our holiday. We discovered our AA policy was painfully inadequate. They both tried so hard to get us on the road again, to no avail. They then made sure we were safe, accommodated, our car was at a garage that would fix it (over 15 garages said we'd have to wait 2.5 weeks plus!!). We ended up stranded in Ayr for 5 days, but things would have been so much worse had we not met with the staff from Kerr and Smith. We are eternally grateful. They're a credit to your company. Was rescued by Marco as car had flat tyre. Had spare in boot but found out it didn't fit my type of car. The changing of the tyre seemed to be against me in everyway but Marco was a breath of fresh air with his positivity and reassurance. He was genuinely ? committed to helping us through the challenges... which he did. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and down to earth manner. He's a credit to your company.

After the absolute shambles of a recovery service from RAC, they sent out Kerr & Smith. So lovely and helpful would recommend 100%. RAC on the other hand ?
