So disappointing feeling like our vehicle isn’t being cared for appropriately. Employees there are so careless and dismissive while us as clients are left out of the loop feeling absolutely lost and concerned. They tell you one thing and do not abide by it. As if they say it to manipulate you into thinking they will follow up and keep you updated but that is not the case at all. I’m so sick and tired of being my car in to get serviced at this location for them to be careless and on top of that have an unwelcoming attitude. Every time I leave there is another issue with our vehicle. How dangerous could that we are driving around with a car that constantly has issues even after bringing it in multiple times for an inspection. The employee that attended me seemed so uncertain and wasn’t reassuring at all, oh and I still haven’t heard from him. I ended up calling with concern with our vehicle being that we are CARLESS he answered said he would get an update and call me back and oh what a surprise… no call back and they are closed. Just another day without a car without knowing the status , no accommodations or anything. Very unprofessional. Every experience is bad.

Just want to give a shout out to Eric and Arturo, i drove in to service center with no appointment. My moon roof was not working. They quickly inspected it. And had the moon roof was working in 10 minutes. They really showed me they were intent in helping me. Best service i have ever had. Thank you!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We bought our Kia from this dealer about a year ago. And the sales person obviously told us a bunch of lies to close out the deal. He stated that when we came in for service they would fill our tank. Well we recently serviced the vehicle and they said that was only good for 90 days from purchase. Why would I need a service 3 months after I bought the car. Proves that sales people will say anything to get you to purchase a car. From this experience I would NOT recommend this dealership and regret buying from them.

UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the responses to the reviews. I have emailed Alan with no response. They want to appear that they care but in fact will just ignore you.

Worst service I’ve ever received in my whole entire life. My car was there for over 2 months when I got it back finally, the service advisor informed me there were sensors and stuff my vehicle needed fixed, when in reality his technician was careless when putting my car back together after a replaced engine.
I went back the following week to in get a diagnosis and I spent 5 hours waiting for nothing, they assured me the price will be 1,800$ that it was my headlight that I had to pay for. I decided to go for a second opinion and guess what? The technician who had worked on my car did but connect something electric, they were being careless and were negligent actually pay attention to the light in the dashboard as they told me it was a sensor and a headlight that needed to be fixed and that was ruined by me as soon as I left their service department. These people are lazy people. I left a detailed message to Eric the supervisor but I never received a phone call that tells you a lot about their customer service! They are a bunch of liars imagine if I believed them and I hadn’t taken my vehicle somewhere else I would have wasted 1,800$ for a mistake and negligence of the workers there. This is unacceptable! I hope to never return. They are the worst in LA!

Just leased a car from this dealership. When I arrived, Mehdi told me he would get me the best deal on the car I was looking at leasing. Obviously I was a bit skeptical because dealers have tried to burn me before.
Once we got down to negotiating after a very satisfying test drive, it became apparent he was telling the truth! I'm very happy with my decision to lease from this dealership, for their honesty, and willingness to work with me on pricing. I also had the pleasure of working with Damian who did a great job with the vehicle inspection and helping me figure out all the features.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Kia of Downtown, intending to purchase a new Kia Forte. What I expected to be a smooth, professional transaction quickly turned into an alarming display of unethical behavior and unprofessionalism. This dealership is a textbook example of everything that is wrong with the car buying experience.

The first red flag appeared during my interaction with their finance manager. Not only was he dismissive of my questions, but he also exhibited a shockingly condescending attitude. It was abundantly clear that his goal was to bulldoze through my concerns rather than address them. His unwillingness to listen was not just frustrating—it was outright insulting. Any time I attempted to raise a question, I was met with an attitude that suggested I was wasting his precious time.

The lack of transparency was palpable, and it felt as though I was dealing with a predatory business more focused on manipulating numbers than making an honest sale. It wasn’t just a case of poor communication; it was a deliberate strategy to keep me in the dark. When I pushed back on some of the shady fees that mysteriously appeared on the paperwork, I was treated as though I was being difficult rather than a customer with legitimate concerns. This level of arrogance and deceit was astonishing for a business that, in theory, should be working to gain my trust.

It became clear that honesty and integrity are foreign concepts to this establishment. For anyone considering doing business with Kia of Downtown, I strongly advise you to reconsider. If you value transparency, professionalism, and respect, I urge you to take your business elsewhere. This dealership exemplifies everything that is wrong with the car buying process.

My experience buying my first car by myself thought it would be great. I made a overlook and missed a crack in the windshield..These people over at Kia of downtown LA don’t respect customers I have a small crack in my windshield and construction going on right next the Kia dealership so they dropped cement on cars which I was told and they dont want to admit that a rock couldn’t have hit my car not only that the car detail was horrible they completely neglected the section where the click and your phone usually fall was filthy.. I know better next time then to deal with car dealerships take your time dealing with people just trying to get in your pockets for a quick flip and not quality

I purchased a vehicle in April, by the summertime I was contacted by LAPD due to the shady business that happens at the dealership. I've tried to contact management but they will not respond. I have also been having break problems, which I have been to the service department multiple times for they won't fix it. They keep telling me that if it gets worse to come back, I'm going to have to schedule my third appointment for the same problem, these people are horrible. They don't take anything serious. They do not care. They just want your money.
