I have nothing but great things to say about my recent used car purchase from L A Nissan. Jack(sales), Donovan(manager) and Jesse(finance) were incredible. After what I had experienced at other dealerships, I had a lot of anxiety about a used car purchase. These guys went over and above managing that anxiety, putting me at ease and treating me with respect. As an almost 70 year old female, I walked out of there feeling like they heard and understood me AND I got a great deal. Go see these people if you are looking for a new (or used) vehicle. You won't regret it.

We just bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue from L.A. Nissan, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Our salesman, Jack, was super friendly and really knew his stuff—plus, he wasn't pushy at all, which we appreciated. Since we needed a vehicle right away, it was fantastic to be able to drive off the lot the same day. The General Manager was also really nice, and Kendra in finance was amazing! She took the time to explain everything so clearly. Oh, and we've found the service department to be incredibly friendly and helpful as well. We can’t wait to come back when my husband is ready for his new ride!

I had co-signed for my daughter and Abhi sold me my other car! My daughter is very happy with hers.The Finance Team Dime and Kendra were a real treat. The General Sales Manager was very knowledgeable and the sales manager was nice. The service department was very helpful all in all great dealership and Team. Highly recommend!

Great Experience at LA Nissan!

I recently purchased a new car from LA Nissan, and I had a wonderful experience. Ahmed, who assisted me, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process much more relaxed and enjoyable.

Additionally, the finance department worked with me to find a solution that fit within my budget, which was a huge relief. I walked away feeling confident about my purchase, and I highly recommend LA Nissan to anyone in the market for a new car!

I went out of my way from Saskatchewan to pick up a car from this dealership. Devon Quinton was a pleasure to work with. Knows his cars really well. Such a fun guy to hang out with during the test drive. Devon didn't even flinch when I made an offer below their asking price for the car. Make sure to ask for Devon when you go.

I ran into some issues getting my car to pass inspection (SGI is pretty stingy). However, Anthony, one of L.A. Nissan's sales managers came in clutch and worked directly with my mechanic to get those issues resolved. There was never a fear that L.A. Nissan would ask me to pay the bill for the items that failed inspection. Love these guys, I will definitely recommend L.A. Nissan to my friends in the Edmonton area.

Wonderful place to shop for new or used vehicles. I keep coming back because of the great deals, transparent transactions, friendly and professional staff, and the absence of pressure tactics or hidden charges. It’s a truly unique showroom. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Together, we have bought 5 to 6 vehicles from here and have always received the best deals in the country. A huge shout out to Gary (Service Manager), Ashley (Service Advisor) and AJ (mechanic). In an industry where often the customer feels 'taken advantage of or mislead', the professionalism, honesty and integrity that I experienced throughout this service was paramount. Although this was a challenging service, these individuals all exhibited continued compassion for the customer and kept me informed throughout. Not only will I continue to get my vehicle serviced here, I recommend others to do the same.
