First-time taking the Sunrail Train from Lake Mary to Poinciana. I am impressed! Wow, more people should try it out! Clean stations and trains! Friendly staff! Low cost! Oh, and the best one is, beat the traffic! If you get a chance, hop on and enjoy the ride!

This is a cozy little station near some apartments. It’s easy to get to from the wide shared-use paths along Lake Mary Blvd which also connects nicely to the Cross Seminole trail. There is no full service counter; tickets are purchased at self service kiosks on each platform.

I recently started taking the train in an effort to avoid I-4 & the 417. Oh thank goodness! This train station is and has always been clean. The staff that is onsite is really friendly.

They are very helpful in helping those that have questions. It's been great so far!

My favorite local station. Love taking multimode transportation to get anywhere. Really wish it ran on the weekends and ran much later into the night.

I like the little French cafe nearby!

I've had a really positive experience riding the Sunrail so far. I ride it to downtown for work couple of days a week and the trains are always on schedule. Depends on schedule I'm either at the Sanford Station or Lake Mary. Both are awesome! The station and trains are always clean. The only downside is the lack of frequency and it doesn't run in the weekends.

First of all the Sunrail experience was awesome. The train is super cool. Right on time, very neat and clean. Lake Mary station is just one stop from Longwood on the Northbound route. I took pictures while waiting for LYNX 45 that will take me to my destination. Interesting ly, when tou purchase a SunRail ticket you get the immediate bus transfer ride for free. Same goes when you are on your way back. I liked this strategy. The Sunrail ticket costs only 2 dollars. That's so pocket friendly and comfortable ride. Liked it!!

Sunrail stations and the trains are nice. The problem is Sunrail doesn't stop anywhere you need to go. Airports? Nope, why tie in Orlando international or Sanford international. UCF or any of the surrounding universities? Nope. Major theme parks like Disney, Universal and or SeaWorld? Nope.

Where does it go? As I said, know where you need it to go. For some reason the politicians in Orlando like to believe that tourism isn't the only reason Orlando exists. There are plans to have Sunrail go to Daytona and Tampa but the plans are on hold because Sunrail isn't very popular. I wonder why?

Disney was one of the first places to introduce monorail and Sunrail could easily use monorail to connect the airports, universities and theme parks but for some reason the wise politicians of Orlando can't figure this out. Sunrail itself is nice, just too bad it doesn't go where it would be the most beneficial.

Love using the
Sunrail from Lake Mary especially to go to Orlando International Airport! Catch the express bus @ Sand Mary. Sure beats the traffic & parking. Wish it ran on weekends though. ?
