Couldn't praise the team more, very impressed with service from start to finish. Not our local so we drove up without having dealt with before. No pressure, very professional, friendly, and helpful, and went out of the way to help when our 1st choice fell through. Amazing experience buying from
Jordan Coulson.
I have been talking about getting a mini for a couple of years now after having an evoque that never lived up to an idea I’d had since I was young, I just quite honestly hated it with a passion.
I decided to go into mini to see my options (was expecting to come away with a used mini)
I ended up having a 74 plate custom built to my specifications as during the Lloyds event it worked out a very similar price.
The experience start to finish was great.
Never felt pressured once, he was happy and patient when I was insanely indecisive going over every tiny option & detail. Advised me on what he knew I did and didn’t need from what I’d tried to explain and describe. I have undoubtedly been a huge pain in the arse for months while awaiting my car being ready but he has always updated me and answered my queries. He handed over the car yesterday & even though he ended up there later than anybody else he didn’t rush me with the hand over at all, was obviously a very long day for him n he was no doubt tired, but he went over everything with time and patience.

An absolute asset to The Lloyds group, and I LOVE my mini

What an incredible service. Mini overheating in motorway called in for advice and Reece (superhero) and the team were incredible and had us back on the road in 20 mins. Gave us coffee to calm our nerves - can’t thank Reece enough for his calm competence and help. Brilliant!!!!

Purchased an Approved Used MINI supposedly in 'perfect condition' having completed their '360 checks'.

Month #1 - car failed - issue with rear light wiring burned-out. Temporary fix by MINI Assistance applied at roadside.

Month #5 - car failed - clutch issue. Car recovered. MINI 'Assistance' then left us at roadside, at 9pm on a Friday to make own arrangements, despite being 100+ miles from home.

Clutch repair not covered by the MINI Approved Used Warranty - surprise surprise!! .. so, a bill of £1942 was incurred after less than 5 months of (careful) ownership.

Suggest ignoring all marketing information on the Approved Used MINI website. Their warranty is absolutely useless - there is no 'tried and trusted guarantee'.

Lloyd Carlisle MINI clearly don't 'value your peace of mind' - they weren't interested - "we cannot assist any further in this matter."

AVOID.

.... The dealer lied in their response to the review too … no solution was forthcoming …
