What an absolute pleasure our experience was , drove nearly 100 miles to view a car within 4 days it was ready for collection , talk about going over and above . Craig was amazing and did everything he could even keeping us updated through out the process . My wife loves the car and we will return for our future cars .

My daughter had a small issue with the ford fiesta she had bought from lloyds used cars. Eventhough the car was out of warranty the problem was fixed promptly and with no charge. Brilliant after sales service. Highly recommend.

I have previously bought a 4 series bmw from Lloyd used car center carlisle. From the moment I walked onto the forecourt I had a look around the vehicles, until I was ready to go inside and introduce myself. I was greeted with an amazing salesman Craig, we spoke about the different cars I viewed, but i also asked if I could see another vehicle from another site (Newcastle) swiftly the car was delivered from Newcastle to carlisle where I viewed the car, loved it and test drove it. I didn't feel any pressure to buy the car, Craig knew allot about the vehicles. I decided to purchase it and it was with me within 3-4 days cleaned and ready to go. I would 100% be buying another vehicle off lloyd car center in the future. Thank you Craig. 🙂

My daughter recently bought a car and Reece handled the take over. I spoke to him on the phone to request her getting it a day earlier than planned and he went above and beyond to sort this out for her.Her whole experience was exceptional from start to finish.Will definitely use this garage Next time we need a car.There was no hard sell and able to test drive on her own. The guys were all friendly, helpful and professional.Excellent Team.

Typical car sales outfit!

Don’t bother paying a deposit to hold a vehicle as this means zero to them, they sell the car to others!

Your deposit “automatically refunded” was there excuse however 5 days later and still no sign of my deposit despite the car being sold to someone else!

Sure there is something legally wrong with this, never mind shocking customer service!

All over you like a rash when they want the commission but not a whistle when it’s time to return your money!

Thanks to Johnny who looked after us throughout buying our next car. Excellent service from start to finish, we had a small issue with the car shortly after purchase. But was brought back in a rectified within a couple of days. Would highly recommend them.

In picked up my car and it was Covered in Bird Poo. Complaints to the service manager and he was poor. I do not recommend You go to Kia lloyd Kingstown. How do I know this would never happen again will? Do you think some Training Customer service Should.
