My daughters and I were traveling to visit family for Christmas and noticed something was off with our car. We stopped in Longbine and Josh and his team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and offer a timely solution. They even helped us obtain a rental car while they made the necessary repairs. Wonderful customer service is a treat!

Don't take your vehicle in to see what is wrong unless you have money to fix it. Took my car in to see why my battery was dying. Instead of calling and asking if I wanted them to fix it they just assumed it was okay. I didn't have the extra 170 they charged. They literally could have told me the problem and asked 1st like they were suppose to do. When talking to manager about it he acted like it was okay and I should just deal with it. I won't take car there again for service.

I was leaving for Kansas City and my blinker went out. Josh and the Service Team were very helpful to not only fix the blinker but also change the oil on the spur of the moment! Thank you!

Horrible experience with parts department, ordered flares for my truck. They charge me for the part plus $400 plus shipping. Part arrives doesn’t fit my truck, no type of courtesy return. I had to pay to ship back the part to them, then they tell me we only going to refund you for the part only not the shipping. I will never do business with them and will never in life send business to them. Great way to start and end a potential relationship

I call them, due to the fact of the review. Representative I was on the phone with , see’s my review and read’s it to me.Then said let me go talk to one of his colleagues and he will call me back I said ok cool I’m going to leave his name out for the fact that the representative serves no purpose in the matter. But the he has the audacity to call me back and verbally say I disagree with your review, I’m saying to myself like my man I said what I said and that’s it. I really don’t care what you agree or disagree about, then he goes and this is the kicker “ well the google response is from google not us at Longbine Auto Plaza” well if that’s the case you’ve should have said that in the beginning and there would not have been a call back needed. This not your first negative review so why act like it is. BEWARE BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO ME THEIR ALL ABIUT THE MONEY AND NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AGAIN I SAID WHAT I SAID…. Done

Transmission went out in my vehicle. Had the car towed there on Monday morning. We were told the part wouldn’t even ship for a couple of weeks. Gratefully, they received the part early and I had my vehicle back by that Saturday. Super grateful for their efficient and quick work and notifying us along the way of the progress of getting it fixed!!

I took my truck back in for service, oil change and alignment with an 8:00 a.m. appointment . Was told it could take up to 2 1/2 hours. I call them at 10:09 and was told it hasn’t been started yet. That put me in scramble mode to try to get to Topeka for a meeting at 12:00. When they final got done around 3:30 I picked it up and was not offered any apologies for the mess they created for me. I have had really great service there before and can’t understand why this happened. The part that bothers me is the lack of them calling me when they knew it was going to be done in the timeframe I was lead to believe and lack of remorse when I picked it up. I hope I can get service like I did in the past if not I will have no choice but to get my service done else where. I also will share my experience with others. It’s hard to shop local when this is the service you receive.

I had an error code on my truck that required a new key be programmed for it. Josh checked with parts and told me they had a key, it would take 15 minutes to code it at $147 plus tax so I told them I would be in the lounge waiting. After 30 minutes I went back to the parts desk and no one was there. I waited about 10 minutes at the window but no one showed. I went back and sat down. About 10 minutes later I went back to the window, no one there , so now I am getting upset. What was happening at that moment, i found out, was the Snap on Tools man was there so everyone was at his truck. Honestly. So I went back to Josh and asked if he could find out what was up since it was almost an hour then. Turned out one of the techs had the key but was too busy with the Snap on truck to have programmed it. Once he was done and working again I watched him take 2 minutes with the coder machine to fix it. It is this type of issue that caused me to never bring my vehicle to your shop for any reason. We had the rear end blow up on my last truck because your tech was unskilled. You repaired it at your expense, then when I came to pick it up the truck had no brakes, which was why it was there in the first place and the tech obviously didn't test drive it. I rolled out onto HWY 50 with no brake pedal at all, luckily no one hit me. I had to leave it again so you could fix more of the mistake. Then with this truck your service writer told me I needed a new radiator and power steering pump. I took it to another shop and was told I didn't need a radiator but they could see where a small stain was on the tank. I spent the $600 to have it replaced anyway, then when I brought the truck back to you to do the power steering, I was told it didn't need it and you had fired the tech that said so. So I replaced a radiator for nothing. I grew up in a shop and have been in charge of fleet Maintenance at Wal Mart DC's and I have never seen a shop that had such poor techs.
After posting this the dealership called and tried to tell me I was wrong about all of this, their techs were good, like I imagined it all or something. I have a great deal of experience running shops so I know what I experienced. The funny part of this is that the dealership sent me an email asking about my experience. Had they not asked I wouldn't have responded. If you don't want to know, don't bother asking.
