I called this dealership about a Range Rover that I wanted to view that weekend. Unfortunately a deposit was taken on the car, the following day. The Salesperson Nicole, took it upon herself however, to make it her mission to find me the right car in the Lookers network. Which she did a couple of weeks later and I’m delighted with it! Very friendly and professional service from Nicole, and also the Sales Manager Brian, with a very slick handover by David. One of my best car buying experiences from a main dealer, in a long time.

Useful reminder also, given my prior not so positive interactions with Land Rover dealers, that Land Rover build cars and wholesale cars, they don’t retail cars. If you’re buying from a main dealer, you are actually buying from Lookers or one of their franchisee peers, and the service and culture can vary widely across these companies. Everything I experienced pointed towards the fact that Lookers were getting this right however from a customer perspective, so well done and thanks for a great car buying experience!

After beings given the run around by several other Land Rover dealers who gave me the run around and clearly were not interested in customer service I was thrilled when I reached out to Land Rover Lanarkshire.
I can not recommend Grant Downie enough, he was so helpful and made my purchase stress free and seamless. He is a credit to the dealership, would highly recommend and would not hesitate to make a purchase with him again. Grant….you restored my faith in dealerships!

After an initial panick due to a fault with my brand new Discovery, I cannot fault the service provided by Lookers.

They ensured I had a replacement vehicle and swiftly sourced me an alternative car as I didn't feel comfortable keeping the original one. I was kept updated throughout and was never put under any pressure. A promise was made that I'd get my car before Christmas and that was delivered!

Special mentions must go to Darren, Gordon, Bobby and David for looking after me throughout. I was nervous after reading a couple of negative reviews about aftercare, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Lookers Lanarkshire couldn't have done more and I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again (despite living in Manchester!).

Having been to several dealerships over a few months, we were completely underwhelmed by the Land Rover experience until we met Nicole Brown the Sales Trainee at Motherwell.

Nicole took the time to listen to us and understand what was important to us, matching us with a vehicle that would be of interest to us. When the time came and the right car was available, Nicole sourced it for us from within their dealer network, shipping it to Motherwell and making the buying process simple and straightforward.

When an issue did arise, she took full ownership of it, resolving it quickly and exceeding our expectations. It felt as though Nicole was as excited about finding us the car we wanted as we were about buying it.

Any future Land Rover purchase (hopefully next Spring) we will only deal with Nicole and have already recommended her to others.
