First, my car had a recall and I was not well attended to months ago and now on 10/26/2024 they scheduled an appointment but did not fulfill the service at the scheduled time, leaving you in the car waiting in a line, why schedule an appointment if you are going to stay in line anyway. The attendant may be well qualified for the job, but super rude in relation to providing the service. But when you buy a new car you treat it like a king and then when there is a recall the service is to dispatch this problem

i have been servicing my jeep for 3-4 years here. I am greeted by an advisor, when i pull in, sometimes, its a chick. I love that a women is advising my service, on my car. They are knowledgeable and i am treated with friendly professional, staff. It’s one of the coolest dealers i have been to.

I recently got my first 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe here. I am deeply grateful to Mike Bellini for his exceptional service, kindness, patience, and willingness to help my wife and I. We visited twice this location and from the first time he was so helpful, he explained to us every detail of the car, he gave us advices and he never never was so "pushing" which for us was priceless.

He listened very carefully our needs and recommended the best option.

Overall this dealership is very clean, all the staff is very friendly and they speak English and Spanish which made us feel very comfortable. Before we purchased here we went to Dodge Crown in Ventura, California several times and our experience was not the best, there is no comparison, it was so bad that we thought about leaving the Jeep brand for not getting a good deal and good service, that is why I wanted to thank you for your attention and for your work with this review.

I took my car in to this dealership. I just wanted to get two recalls fixed. They found some other issues. They ended up charging me almost $5000. $1600 was for parts. Over $3000 was for labor. After I got my car back, the next day, all the coolant poured out. They said the problem was my car. No, my car never had that happen. They had to tow my car in and give me a free rental while they fixed the problem they created. I got my car back a second time and the engine light came on. They did not know what they were doing. I put a picture of the steam coming off my car while I waited for the tow truck that they told ME to call.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Jeep dealership service department to address an issue with my vehicle's evap system leak. While my experience had a rocky start, I am delighted to say that it turned out to be a positive one, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Hector, the manager, and the rest of the service staff.

When I first arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by a friendly receptionist who directed me to the service department. The initial stages of my visit were slightly frustrating due to the lengthy wait time and a lack of communication from my intake representative. Despite being told that the service would only take a couple of hours, I found myself waiting much longer without any updates on the status of my vehicle.

Despite these early hiccups, the service staff remained courteous and apologetic throughout the wait. They offered me refreshments and a comfortable seating area while they sorted out the issue. Their friendly demeanor and genuine concern for my inconvenience did not go unnoticed, and it set a positive tone for the rest of my visit.

It was at this point that Hector, the manager, stepped in. Hector's presence immediately made a difference. He approached me with a warm smile and a reassuring attitude, acknowledging the delays and the lack of communication. Hector promised to make things right and took personal responsibility for ensuring my vehicle was serviced promptly.

His transparency and willingness to answer all my questions put me at ease, knowing my vehicle was in good hands.

The rest of the service staff also contributed to a positive experience. They were all very helpful and friendly, making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, with amenities that made the wait more bearable.

DON’T TRUST THIS DEALER! I flew in from out of state to buy a vehicle I had already received a purchase order for. I ended up spending 5 hours at the dealership because I noticed damage on the roof of the car that the dealer had failed to notice before offering the car for sale. I was then told the general manager was canceling the deal, likely to save a couple hundred dollars by selling the vehicle wholesale rather than doing the necessary repairs to honor the deal we had made over the phone. The dealer was quick to rush me out and the general manager has refused to return my calls. There are plenty of dealers in LA, find a different one that will honor their word.
