Yousef of Earth motors was very friendly and responsive with our text messages that got me to drop in to the dealership to test drive a couple of cars and eventually picking up the new Lotus Emire. he and his team helped me get the loan needed and made it possible when other dealerships couldn't ! i highly recommend buying cars from here and Yousef as your salesman.

The service department at Lotus of Dallas is outstanding. My Emira needed repair under warranty. Gio Ortiz did an outstanding job getting my car back on the road. He and Sonia both went above and beyond, helping to arrange transportation of my car to and from their dealership. Gio has been very helpful previously as well. I trust Lotus of Dallas to do any service on my Emira. The Lotus of Dallas service department has a well-deserved good reputation on Emira forums as well, which suggests my good experience is not an outlier! I would recommend anyone with a Lotus that needs service to contact LoD.

I’m a proud Lotus owner and cant say enough about the excellent service that Lotus of Dallas has given to the care of my car. Giovanni is excellent and will treat your car as if it’s his own. He, along with all the staff I've encountered, know their customer base and strive for excellence on all levels with particular attention to details. Giovani and Sofi kept me in the loop and well informed of what was going on with my car, notified me of the delays that were taking place due to part supply chain issues and transport and got them resolved quickly. Dallas is not the closest Lotus service center to me but they seem to be the most knowledgeable and on top of it and is definitely my preferred service center of choice.
