Recently bought a lovely hyundai i30 from Babs and Mark. Great customer service from start to finish. Babs was so friendly and efficient, not pushy and gave us loads of space and time to look. Absolutely loved my experience!! Mark was ridiculously helpful from the beginning.went over everything in detail about my wee car. Nothing was too much trouble. Even offered us a lift from the train station! I was dreading picking up my car because of my anxiety but I was put straight to ease and it was really enjoyable picking up my first car! I will definitely be back for my next one!!

Great place to buy a used car!

The quality and the price of a car I bought is superb. This small business gave me free MOT (while previous was still intact) and free guarantee for 3 months. The staff was friendly and communicative from the start. I honestly thought at some point that there must be a catch, but I was wrong! Defo would recommend considering this dealer.

Went to Edinburgh to view a car at different garage (volvo v40 cross country). Car was not as described, whilst up in scotland from South shields (150 ish miles from home) decided to look for a similar car and this fantastic garage had a much better quality similar vehicle for sale at a much lower price that they had just come in so went to view it,
Immediately met by the absolutely wonderful babs who is a credit to any car sales as she isn't pushy looking for the extra selling points.
Took the car for a test drive and my son loved the car so much he bought it there and then.
The car wasn't valeted for sale but still had a valid mot so he bought it there and then and babs knocked off £95 for the valet and a fresh mot.
Can't say how wonderful this garage is with babs and her trusty sidekick (lady gaga the cat) and Ian there for mechanical advice for informationon on the vehicle, so helpful and down to earth. Definitely recommend this garage to anyone.

Bought our son's first car from here. It was a great experience for him, he was shown respect (as were we). The car was given to us in excellent condition (despite its age) and the work done for drive away went beyond the MOT, including a 3 month warranty.

Babs was so lovely and helpful when we went to pick up the car and really went that 'extra mile'. I would definitely recommend M&A.
