Very happy with the guys. They got the car on the lift so I can have a look underneath. A week before the warranty expired it needed a rear bearing replacement with they shorted at no cost. Definitely going back.

Bought a car for our daughter. On inspection, it was noticed that one of the window seals was damaged. Ali immediately said it would be replaced before collection. Also replaced a couple of tyre valves, all included in the original price. Could eat your dinner off the engine. All in all, completely happy and will be going back. 5*

I bought a 2012 Hyundai ix35 from Ali a couple of months ago and I can gladly say that I am still as happy now as I was the day of purchase. Not being from the area, I contacted Ali numerous times with questions about the car and he was always helpful and honest with his answers. For my own protection, I had a mechanic visit the workshop prior to me arriving to check over the car and whilst some work was required, Ali had no issues in doing it all and providing me with invoices and proof the work had been completed prior to my arrival when collecting the car. He was also very happy to part exchange my previous car at a good price.

I have had no problems with the car since purchase and have remained in contact with Ali since as he was keen to send me a ‘boot liner’ which had been missing, he did not need to do this but the gesture was greatly appreciated. He also organised a spare key to be made which was local to my house and covered the cost.

I can safely say that this transaction was the smoothest and most positive I have had when buying a car. I highly recommend Ali and his team at Magnum Car Sales.
