Currently reminiscing while having my vehicle serviced for a tire. I have owned my Maserati Ghibli since 2024 and I’ve had no problems! Maurizio went above and beyond when I was looking for my perfect fit! It took me a few days to make my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured. I fell in love with a 2015 Maserati Ghibli, low miles, like around 35,000. I have no complaints , so far the service team has been wonderful. Madelyn, is very attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Kenny is a wonderful technician. I’m thankful I bought my first Maserati from here, where it was originally sold.

Suzanne was great from the personalized video tour of the car, concierge service from the airport, to the bank and on to the dealership where the process flowed smoothly. Scam artists at their best. Listed a blue maserati grecale for sale and acted like they did me a favor by bringing down the price when the car has been sitting on their lot for 60 days and counting! They didn’t care to mention the damage on the front grill that I was lucky enough to see in person while it was raining outside. When brought to their attention, they said “it’s used and it’s in the pictures.” Total B.S. To top it off, the miles were nearly 20% higher than advertised!

Dishonesty at its finest. Salesman, general manager, and even the owner all proved to be scammers. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I found another Grecale in Sarasota on the same day. Smooth transaction done right by honest sales people, not con artists.

This place is the Walmart of car dealership. Every person in there look and behave like they should be working at McDonald’s. No one knows what they are doing. The bathroom is filthy. They fail or don’t perform even the smallest service. We waited around for almost an hour just to find out later that they didn’t even change the battery to my key. The most underperformed, incompetent, unprofessional place I have ever experienced in my life!

I needed a new car, so I shopped around at a few dealerships. I hadn’t purchased a new car in almost a decade and I forgot how sleezy some salesmen could be. I was so relieved when I stopped in at Maserati of St. Pete. Michael was so kind and so helpful. There was no sleezy business. I made my purchase after my second trip to the dealership and he didn’t hound me in between visits like some of the other dealerships. The buying process was very pleasant. I highly recommend. If you’re in the market for a new car (or new to you) ask for Michael. The management there is amazing too.

Original review: Bought a bmw from them. Price was good and the salesman was really nice. Had us instantly test drive the car, without asking questions or running a credit check.

Update: BMW engine broke down after 3 weeks. Dealer offered a horrible buy back deal. Still making payments for a car I don't drive.
