Today marks 3 months since my Jeep has been in the shop. We took it into get diagnosed because the battery died unexpectedly. We purchased a new battery for it 10/22/24, today 1/13/25 they called and said the new battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I took the battery to THREE different companies and they all said the battery good and was holding a full charge. I then took it back to the dealership and it “magically” started just fine when they put it back into place. The communication between this company and their customers is bare minimum. It takes over 24 hours to get a response and ongoing updates is non existent. I’m 99.9% sure the only diagnosis they’ve made on my vehicle is to tell me the battery needed to be replaced (twice now). I will never take my vehicle back to this mechanic shop, it has been the absolute worst experience.
