I purchased a Mercedes C250 from Midlands Garage back in May. Great service, I was picked up from the local station and the car was ready for me to test drive and inspect. I was able to go through the paperwork in depth and never hurried. I've done over 3000 miles in the car now with no issues, a genuinely good handpicked example by the team at Midlands Garage who were a pleasure to deal with. Also provided was a high end warranty package with the dealer paying the majority of the cost, far better than the average warranty provided at many dealerships. Very happy with my experience here.

Just recently bought a car from these guys, dealing with Anthony from start to finish. He kept me updated and answered my many questions all the way. I travelled by train and they picked me up from the station. Deal was quickly done and had a very enjoyable drive home in the Pathfinder.

Purchased my new car after seeing it on auto trader. I took for a test drive and purchased and drove away the same day.
Can't thank the whole team enough, Nick, Anthony, James, all were brilliant! ?
Had a slight issue with a warning light the first week, but after contacting them I was told to bring straight in. I was given a courtesy car while it was fixed and they kept me updated the whole time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I went to view a Mini at Midland Garage this week. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I took the Mini for a test drive and liked the car, I'd been after a mini for a while and it was in my price range.

I was ready to buy the car and take it away until I saw the MOT certificate, which contained a number of advisories that would be expensive to fix (a couple of leaks, including on the hydraulic power steering and three corroded brake pipes). I was very disappointed when I left.

Can't fault the chap who I dealt with, I just wish the car had been in a better condition or the issues had been better communicated before I had decided to buy it.
