DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Absolute joke of a dealership. Salesman Monty was nice and was genuinely trying to help me out. I understand they didn’t want me to leave till they got a purchase but I wanted to check with my bank first and made it very clear I didn’t want to run my credit multiple times. I Just spoke to Jason the finance manager on the phone and he laughed at me over the phone about my situation with a car I was interested in. Since I was there on Saturday he completely haggled me into running my credit even though I told him I wanted to speak to my bank first. I agreed to it and went into his office Saturday and I told him I didn’t agree with the interest rate, he told me he would look into it for me and get me a different bank or talk to my bank. I thought about it over the weekend and decided to go elsewhere and get a better deal and he LAUGHED over the phone and said “WHATEVER, BYE” and hung up. I also needed to tell him I need my title sent back to me so let’s hope he does.

Salesman reached out on FB marketplace about our vehicle for sale. They took the VIN and made an offer in writing. My husband drove an hour from Wichita to Hutchinson. Once he got there they seemed not willing to honor their written offer because they were wanting to have their techs do a “thorough inspection” because they “heard a sound from the engine” of our very pristine and well maintained vehicle. It was a massive waste of time and very dishonest. Our listing on FB marketplace said serious buyers only and this was the opposite of serious.

My husband I have tried a couple lots through the years and I will say this was honestly my best experience in 14 plus years. The salesman (Billy) was amazing. My husband was set on wanting a Tacoma. I thought going through the lot I went to last year (Midwest kia) would help. I was told to come in and they double booked my appointment with my husband. Didn't realize they did that they said. They texted and called us from 9 different numbers. It was crazy. All to get there for them to say they don't have the truck we wanted and not only that but that our trade wasn't worth anything and they wanted 5 grand down for something we couldn't even see or test drive. So we left. I then looked up the lot that had the actual truck and it was Midwest superstore. I drove over an hour to this lot and was not disappointed. They were quick, very polite with me having newborn with us to boot. We got approved for the truck my husband wanted for only a grand down and our trade was worth 12 grand to them so that they could get us into payments we could actually afford. I would definitely recommend this lot and they will forever have my families business. Thank you Billy and Midwest superstore. You made my family and I so happy!

I have never had a pleasant interaction with a dealership before. I buy a new car pretty much every three years if that tells you anything. HOWEVER. I hit up Nicholas Nelson at Midwest Toyota and I really couldn't be happier with how the experience went. Zero high pressure sales tactics, no pressure to buy a vehicle that wasn't right for me, or didn't fit my needs. They were upfront, honest, and fair when it was time for haggling. The entire process from the test drive to handing me the keys went very smooth and stress free. I can't say enough good things about Nick and the rest of the crew down there.
