I was traveling to St. George from Idaho, hauling my Kawasaki Ninja down to ride in the warm weather. Unfortunately I hit a bump on the interstate that knocked the bike off of my carrier, the left handlebar and clutch lever ground completely off! I had a stop in Orem so I gave these guys a call to see if they'd be able to repair it. Sarah and Devin are life savers!! They took it in the shop the same night right before closing. Overnight ordered the new parts and had it done by lunch the next day! Thanks to them I'll be able to enjoy riding one more time before winter hits back home. I will recommend them to anyone I know, and definitely will go back for any other help/repairs I need done whenever I'm in the area. Extremely easy to work with and more than fair pricing. Thank you!

These guys are awesome!
Monarch did such a solid job repairing my Honda. Honest, thorough, and timely. Maddix, in the service department, was great to work with. I will definitely be a repeat costumer and will be recommending Monarch to family and friends!

Top Notch, Carries A lot of OEM Parts, was searching all over country, they were able to next day air it to my dealer. Am really grateful a company dedicated to white glove customer service like this are still around!

BEWARE! the credit card merchant these guys use charge you a 3% fee and if you return anything they do not refund that fee. Pretty sure this is illegal but I'm not going to pursue it for the $3 that it cost me. As a business this is the only company I've ever seen that does not refund the transaction fee if you return something. I have my own business and process transactions as well as over a hundred clients who are also businesses processing credit card transactions and this is the first time I've ever seen this. The staff was friendly enough, I don't fault them. Response to owner: yes 3% is not abnormal, some owners plan for it as a cost of business others charge, but all of them refund it if you return your purchased products.

Highly recommend Monarch Powersports! I messaged them through their website on Monday about an issue I was having with my Husqvarna FE350. They told me they were about a week out but would try to get my bike fixed before the weekend, as I had a riding trip planned. They resolved the issue, charged me an incredible price, and had it ready for pickup by Wednesday. I will be taking my bikes to Monarch for all future services!
