We are extremely satisfied with the purchase of our vehicle from Mullinax of Kissimmee. Our sales specialist, Ralph was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We have purchased many vehicle in the past, and this is the first time that we were able to feel totally comfortable with the purchase, and have no buyers remorse. Got a call this morning from Trent at Mullinax Ford. He told me I had a recall on my truck. I asked when I could bring it in and he said they can actually send out their mobile service. I said sure send them out. Within 30 minute Kevin pulled up in my driveway! In 30 minutes Kevin had the recall completed! This is the best service I have had! I love Kevin’s 5-star mobile service!

We had a fantastic experience at mullinax ford. I found a vehicle I loved online, however we live over an hour and a half away from the dealership. My husband was able to work a deal with our salesman, Luis over text/phone calls with our trade in and purchasing our new vehicle. We have a 1 y/o baby, so this was amazing to be able to work a deal without having to sit in a dealership all day going back and forth. When we picked up our vehicle, we were able to test drive and sign paperwork and leave with our new vehicle. So quick to be in and out. Our finance specialist, Brandyn, was also very helpful with our finance paperwork. I also love that there was no BS fees/hidden costs/dealer fees. This is the first time buying a car that I felt like it was not stressful! We had great experience and we got a great deal. Thank you Luis!

I bought my last car at Mullinax and had the best experience. After visiting multiple dealerships, Mullinax offered the best price for my used car, and the lack of a dealership fee for my new car made a big difference when looking at the final price. Dominic, the salesman who sold me my new car, was very helpful throughout the entire process and made himself available even after business hours. He also sent me a handwritten letter after the deal was closed, offering his time to answer any questions I might have. I felt that the dealership wasn’t trying to play me, and I believe they were honest the entire time. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a 2024 F150 Hybrid on 9/2/24 and had a pleasant experience with the entire purchasing process. From the moment I clicked for additional information on the website it was almost instantaneously that I was contacted by Julio Becerra who not only confirmed the truck's availability but also assisted me with all of the questions I had during the process. Julio was in communication with me and kept me updated constantly up to the point where the vehicle was delivered 130 miles across the state to Sarasota in perfect condition by Jeff who was also very professional. The entire customer service provided by the staff here has been outstanding, and should be the level of professionalism all car dealers strive to match. The Mullinax family of dealerships was highly recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why. Mullinax will be where I search for all future vehicles despite the distance away from where I live. I can only hope that when the time comes for my next purchase that the Mullinax dealerships will have expanded into the Sarasota area.

Would definitely (and have) recommend this dealership to a friend. Everyone was very friendly and there was no weird fees. Alden Adrian and George helped me shop for my car and where very helpful. They gave me plenty time to make sure I got the right fit, they were patient with me and gave genuine recommendations for what to look for. I went back Mullinax because of the service and I am very happy about my new car! They even sent me a card congratulating me on the car and when I bought it Alden put a giant red bow on it. They where all 10/10 Give them a raise.
