Purchasing a vehicle can be difficult but fortunately this was not my experience. Online ,It was hard not to get overwhelmed, I could not believe how huge and diverse their inventory was. Nissan of Downtown Los Angeles is known for being the largest Nissan dealer in the nation and are known for providing the best customer experience.
For my ladies especially that don't want to deal with creepy dishonest sales people this is where you want to go. From the initial impressions over the phone Ray made sure to listen to my wish list and non negociables. I then was advised to set an appointment to preview inventory, with the best automotive sales representative EDI.

Upon arrival my friend and I were warmly greeted by Mr.EDI GASER. EDI was a man with a plan. I appreciated that he was prepared prior to my arrival to show me personalized options that were so on point to what was previously discussed over the phone.
Since Communication is key, he was able to show me cars that fulfilled my wish list and beyond. He left no stone unturned as all of my concerns were addressed. He made sure to familiarize me with all of the features of the car. So awesome!
After my selection process was completed, EDI then went the extra mile to offer the best possible deal which included tons of rebates and incentives. I was even granted a free 90 day trial for WiFi in my vehicle. This is awesome because I do my business on the go and hate having to look for WiFi. Even the closing team was amazing. Very thorough and funny.

EDI is an amazing person,is very knowledgeable patient and genuine. I like to work with people who are honest and concise about facts. When I arrived to my appointment,I only had an Associates degree from YouTube university and a bachelors degree from TikTok in car buying. However EDI educated me through the entire process. I gained so much knowledge and respect for his wisdom. There were no hidden agendas ( Contrary to belief that women get taken advantage of by car dealers). I was so well informed and felt confident in my decision to make a purchase.
I could not be happier with the decision to purchase a vehicle with them..Oh and let's not forget to talk about ribbon service. That was the most fun! There's nothing like that feeling.

I am definitely recommending that if you're seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, stop by this dealership because the process is painless and you will walk away with a positive experience too.

Do not bring your cars for service!!!
My vehicle had been at this dealership for close to two months with no response and ownership of the faulty transmission I was sold. We have called Nissan of downtown almost everyday to stress the importance of the repair of our vehicle since it’s the only one my family has, with little to no response from the company. The service here is so awful! Jose the mechanic is rude and is not helpful with a bad attitude, his excuse is the mechanics are slow.when I told him I will call Nissan directly he just gave me the number and urged me to call asap. Lance the manager also doesn’t seem to care about customer service.

Do not bring your vehicles in unless you are willing to wait months to get it back. Do not buy parts here because clearly the do not want to home warranty.

We were in and out of the dealer in less than 2 hours.
Ask for Brayan. He will take care of you right

I came in with my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport that had about a quarter of its financing left. Despite some less than ideal cosmetic damage, I was offered more than I owed in financing to trade it in, which helped bring down the price of the 2024 Nissan Rogue that I happily drove out in. I appreciate how upfront and transparent everyone is throughout the process.

Check out your money, They are liars and racists. Once you successfully sign the electronic signature, you won't even get the contract. They will rudely kick you out of the store. Then they can use reason to issue an injunction to ban you from entering the store. They will brag and flatter you before you buy. Once your money is successfully stolen by them, you're done. They will slam the table and glare at you. The whole dealership will laugh at you like a fool and laugh. They are taking advantage of loopholes in American law. I think they will always pay the price for this.

After car hunting for 5 months for the best deal available in SoCal. Downtown Nissan Salesman Ray and Efrain helped us find the perfect car to fit all our needs! It checked all of our boxes! They are very transparent and found us the absolute best deal in the market! I am 100% satisfied with their service! I would confidently purchase more cars from them as they have a wide range of auto brands at their disposal. I am a lifetime customer.

The day I came to purchase the vehicle, I had a pleasant experience. But what I am reviewing is what happened after buying a used car. Here is what happened:

I received a letter stating the dealership was cancelling my contract (exercising their right to cancel within 10 days), 11 days after buying the vehicle. The letter was dated the SAME DAY that I purchased the vehicle, but sent via FEDEX overnight 2 weeks later. I had also returned to the dealership the next day, to provide the title of my used car and no mention of this was made. Something I didn't have to do... Anyways, the letter instructed me to call the dealership and make arrangements to return the vehicle. When I called, the receptionist went to see if the finance manager was in, and then returned and said she spoke with the managers, and I could disregard the letter. When I asked to still speak with the person who's name is on the letter, she stated "it really is fine, we send these letters to everyone". I pushed back again, and asked for the finance manager (Ali) to call me. She said he would be in at 12PM and would call me then. That was 3 days ago. Still no call (and I don't want one anymore if you are reading this).

The fact that you/they sell cars with the intention of cancelling the contract is mind blowing to me. It's only a matter of time until this happens to the wrong person, and a lawsuit ensues. Buyer beware.
