My daughter bought a jeep from Nourse in March of 24’. There were some issues, but they put it in the contract to fix said issues. Mind you, my daughter saved and has some intellectual disabilities, so my husband and his friend went with her to make sure they wouldn’t take advantage of her. In true Nourse fashion they not only DID NOT and WOULD NOT fix the issues..they have given me the run around for months. We finally were able to get her vehicle scheduled. They took it from their Chillicothe, Bridge Street to another location (not sure where). We finally got a call and they said, we can fix it but you have to pay for it..between 300.00- 400.00, we pointed out that not only did she have the extend warranty, they agreed IN THE CONTRACT to fix the issues. They said if we weren’t willing to pay there was nothing they could do. When we dropped the car off it had a check engine light on and a gas cap light (we still don’t know why). When I picked her car up it was making a horrible noise and along with the other lights, the airbag light was now on. I have reached out MULTIPLE times to Dave and Tyler, my husband also spoke to some vile, disrespectful woman. Still, NO RESOLUTION! They have played pass the buck..oh and my favorite,”well,her salesman no longer works here”. So we don’t honor contracts that were agreed upon and in writing? Ok. Then THE ABSOLUTE AUDACITY of them to call me and ask me if I’m in the market for a new vehicle. Sir, I DISRESPECTFULLY DECLINE!

My husband and I have bought several vehicles - Ford, Honda,Toyota at Nourse Automall. My daughter had her truck towed there for a recall issue. However, the Ford service department told my daughter the truck was fixed. She had to return immediately because it broke down within a half mile. Obviously she had to take it right back. They told us they would look at it on Thursday. Now on Friday evening, they can’t look at it till next week. The truck has been there since Monday night. I don’t intend on ever set foot in Nourse again!

I went to Nourse a couple weeks ago to try to find an SUV.
Well they found me one that had my payments at a decent price however I had certain requirements that needed met and the one they had said would work didn't meet a single requirement.
They showed me a couple more SUVs but due to credit score I couldn't get into any of those.
I just felt like I was being pushed into getting a vehicle that I didn't want so I told them I will pass on it. Fast forward a couple days I go to a couple other dealerships and can't get into anything at them.
So I contact the sales agent at Nourse and ask him if that one vehicle was still available and it wasn't, I asked if they had anything else and they never replied back.
That just made me confirm my feelings that they needed rid of a vehicle and didn't care who they put in it.
I won't ever go back to Nourse even if they offered me a vehicle for free.
