Do Not Count On Financing at Dealer!
Finance Manager Kyle Law is awful. A customer who walks in approved with a bank the dealer works with on a regular basis should not experience multiple applications, hard credit hits, 4 contract versions with various APRs and terms over a 2 week span. Finally, after losing all faith in the dealership I went to a local credit union who had a slightly higher APR but someone who knew what they were doing. Kyle has yet to take any accountability or return a phone call. Instead he just emails documents with zero context or communication.

Sales Team
Adam and Danny I would recommend without a doubt. Put a down payment on a car in July both kept me updated until it arrived end of September.

If I was rating the sales team it would be a 5 but financing is arguably the most important part of a car buying experience.

Awesome buying experience! Zach was my salesman and he’s just a great guy, Adam was the sales manager and very pleasant to work with. They didn’t try to push or pressure me into stuff I didn’t need. It took a couple of visits over the 4th of July holiday weekend to find the perfect pickup truck for me! I test drove a few trucks to try out the new updates in suspensions and drivetrains, and was able to nail down the exact options I wanted. After searching their website intensely, I found one of their trucks in stock with all of the options that I was looking for. I texted Zach Burden, my salesman immediately, requesting a test drive the next day! I had missed out on a truck, that I was intending to buy, due to waiting one day too long in making a decision, so I was not going to make the same mistake again!!

The next morning Zach had my chosen truck ready for the test drive, and everything went perfectly! I had found my Next New Truck!! Upon returning from the test drive in My Anticipated Future Truck, I told Zach to close the deal; I would take This One, make it $750 / month even!!
He said let me check with Adam, my manager; he came back and said “Agreed”!
