OFFLEASE ORLANDO

All I have to say right now is I received the worst service, the nastiest attitude and disrespect from the female sales associate at the first desk on the left and the male walking around not helping anybody. She wore blue jean shorts and a green shirt. I came in ready to purchase a car cash and two hours later I walked out upset, disrespected and without a car. She lied, she judged me and gave no effort to help me leave with a car. I went less than a mile down the road and within an hour. I will be calling corporate to report this horrible experience. She asked me to leave a $500 deposit down for a car I never drove or even sat in. She then followed that by saying it would take 1-2 weeks before a car would be ready due to an inspection. The interesting thing about this is when I called prior to coming, someone looked up the vehicle and said it was ready. Apparently everyone at this place is full of it. Please dont waste your time or money here.

Yea so I need to rewrite this review. Nothing positive about my experience with this dealership. Lies and more lies. I'll write a detailed update when I've got the time to, stay tuned!

The experience today at Offlease was AWESOME!! Everyone was very nice and helpful with purchasing my daughter's 1st car. It was an exciting moment. Thanks to Sydney, AJ and Albert. You guys ROCK!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Offlease Orlando & I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sean & Sydney ( the salesman & saleslady) who assisted me were incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. George the finance manager was a pleasure to work with and very understanding. I found myself in quite a bind and they made sure I left with the car I wanted. I also want to shout out to Felipe for his warm welcome & Jared for keeping us entertained, very comical individual. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, I highly encourage you to visit Offlease Orlando!!! You won't be disappointed!

Overall it is a very decent place to go to. The service was great the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would give 5 stars if only the sales people had their own individual offices instead everyone clumped together in a small area where you can hear other customers conversations with other sales staff. Again overall a very decent place to buy or lease a vehicle where ones appearance does not matter because let's face it there are a lot of places where one would have to wait a hefty minute before even being considered by a sales person to be interacted with. Ah screw it I'm giving 5 stars.

Classic unscrupulous bait and switch dealership. Found a car I was seeking, it was listed for $28k online. My son and I called to request a test drive with the show room car at 1pm. When we arrived, the car was very nice but oddly still in the showroom. The soft spoken dealer, was pleasant but clearly didn't want to be there. The was a one year older version of the car were interested in out in the lot, albeit not as clean or nice. We tested it, came back and ran numbers. He showed us three levels of warranties, he asked us not to speak until he was done explaining each one. I told him we were not interested in the so called "warranties". He told us the "Out the door" price of showroom car was $35,000. $27k to 35k! They said they would see about adjusting the numbers and shuffled us off to another employee but didn't comeback for quite a while. My son and I finally had enough and they watched us walk out. Please do your homework with these places!

Off Lease has a really great team. Orlando was great. AJ and Ezra, the finance managers were great!! They all took the time to explain the process and numbers and were very friendly. I’m happy with my new car.
