"Not a reputable dealership". Not my words. That's what my mechanic told me after I brought the car in for an inspection.

I bought an LS460. The car has only been in my possession for 2 days . Before I purchased it I asked at least 5 to 10 times If there are any issues with a suspension. They assured me that everything was good and that the car was taken care of. It needs over $6,000 worth of work. This is what the Lexus dealership told my mechanic so it can probably be done for less with generic parts. But I'm still looking at thousands of dollars of repairs. The airbag strut assembly is bad and it's obvious to anyone who knows how to inspect a car. They lied to me about this.

Also found embedded codes that might have been cleared because I didn't have any check engine lights when I bought the car.

It also has a dirty air filter. I mean come on. They're like 20 bucks. They really couldn't replace the air filter?

What's really messed up is that I think this car belonged to an employee of this same dealership that I bought it from!

I really hope they make this right but at this point I have not received a response to my messages.

*update*
The dealership offered to inspect the car but they will not pay for any of the repairs. They lied to me about the condition of the car. And now I'm broke with the car I can't drive.

Locally and Veteran owned. A great experience for a couple or a single person. Everyone was hospitable and down to Earth. Great buying experience. Would recommend for anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle. Be sure to ask for Megan when you call or come in.

If they don’t have what you are looking for they will try to find it for you at auction. Just give them a week or two.

They have financing. So need to worry about that.

I spoke with the salesman and told him I wanted to see how much I’d be approved for before coming in. I was interested 2 vehicles. He told me to apply online and he’d call me first thing on Saturday morning since they were about to close. I did the application. Somebody (a young female) called me Saturday morning to ask if I wanted to look at the car. Asked her if the salesman ran my app? She said she would let him know we talked and he’d call me back soon. Didn’t hear anything back for an hour so I called again and the young woman said she needed paystubs and other things and to come on in. Told her I wanted numbers first. Sent her the things she asked for. Still no answer. Called again and now magically she can’t discuss my application over the phone but now only in person. I’m not sure what changed. Maybe it is because they saw what I looked like when I sent my drivers license and paystubs but this felt dishonest and slimey. I would not recommend this dealership as they waste time and lie.

Five stars definitely!!! I got my first car here and they are the nicest sales men at a dealership I have gone to. Richard “the yes man”, Harper, and Dave helped out so much.

Salesperson was great! I highly recommend Cora Ingersoll. The transaction was easy and they offered me more on my trade than any other dealership would!!

EDIT: the car has now had to have almost $2,000 in repairs for things that should NOT be a problem at this point. Even the mechanic we used said we got screwed. Again, I only bought this car 2 years ago! Seriously RUN AWAY from these con artists!

Car started having issues literally a month after I got it. Check engine light came on, catalytic sensors all messed up, my engine block mount was installed incorrectly and broke and my engine was literally ROLLING around under the hood all within the first 6 months of having the piece of junk. Fog lights were busted and bumper damaged upon arrival to my house from the dealership. Now it’s making an awful rattling noise and we still have 4 years left on paying it off. Crooked crooked place. Have been trying to get out from under my vehicle for 2 years now. Oh! And the guy that sold me the car was made incredibly aware before we got it that we would be transporting my toddler around and I needed something reliable for her. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about you at all.
