About 2 months ago I was in the market for a slightly larger SUV to accommodate a newer, bigger wheel chair that I had just upgraded to.

I had found a used car via Cars.com. Corbin Moore contacted me the next day. I was clear with Corbin what my budget was and also I knew the value of my trade in. I wanted to be very honest and upfront so we did not waste each other’s time. (I have previously worked in sales so I know how it feels to spend a good chunk of time with a customer to have a sale fall through at the last moment.)

Corbin and his boss Rob were fantastic from the get go. Unfortunately, the car I had purchased had some AC issues right off the bat. Corbin did not break a sweat, he got us a loaner, and had to change out the loaner a few times while my car was being worked on. He and team even made some trips out to my house to exchange a loaner or bring my car back to me once we thought the problem was fixed. (I live 45 minutes away from the dealership so it’s not always easy to keep going out there.)

It took a little longer to fix my car than anticipated. Even after my 30 day warranty was up the original AC problem as it turned out was still not fixed. I voiced my concern with Corbin and his boss, not expecting anything really as the warranty was now expired. Robb told me not to worry, they would still pay to have it fixed as the original issue was never resolved when it was in the shop the first time.

I can’t say enough about Corbin, Rob, or even finance manager Pat. If you are in the market for a car, check out Olathe Ford Lincoln, you’ll be glad you did!

Fantastic car buying experience! This was my first time buying a Lincoln and the staff at Olathe Lincoln made it terrific. They were honest, knowledgeable, and fair.
