We have been customers at Orangeville Hyundai for over 10 years and currently own two Hyundai's purchased from here. Jack our sales advisor always takes the time to greet us and ask how we're doing. Eric (service advisor) and Nick (technician) are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I made my first purchase from Orangeville Hyundai this past week. The entire experience from start to finish was 5 stars. Jack went above and beyond in every aspect! I live approximately 6 hours north of Orangeville and I would gladly make the trip again. Right from initial contact, Jack was prompt in getting back with me and answered every question I had. Both he and Lynn made purchasing form a distance effortless. Thank you to Jack and the team at Orangeville Hyundai! I finally got my white Palisade!!!!

Worst service I had ever after a 1h oil change I come to a “clean car” they literally spread some whithe smelly chemical all over my car the paper says
Cleaned vehicle wipe down of dash and console door panels and vaccumed floor mats.
How about also you ask your customers if they want their vehicle wiped by the mechanics that clearly do not care about doing a proper job, nobody asked me also my car was spotless!
I literally just cleaned my car last week. I am a busy professional I dont have time to come back sometime this week as told by the manager . Un acceptable! It took me over one hour to clean my car

I am quite happy with the attention to my vehicle. It is a 2014 Tuscon and we have had all servicing done at the Orangeville dealership. Have never taken it elsewhere. As usual Nick and Eric were very helpful. I was pleased with the length of time it took for the recall and oil change. I was pleasantly surprised to find a thank you and a cleaner vehicle ( as a thank you for my business). I have always felt comfortable and relaxed knowing my SUV has been serviced and checked out by Orangeville Hyundai.

We recently purchased a Santa Fe from this dealership and just went through our first oil change. Eric was amazing to deal with. He was attentive, and kind and really efficient. We are really happy the service we received. A huge bonus was that our car had been cleaned when we picked it up. We have dealt with three other dealerships in town and never have they cleaned the car (for free) while doing the oil change. I highly recommend!

In for our service today, Nick and Eric at the service dept are fantastic to deal with, we had an issue with the screws on our rear license plate, the boys in the shop worked diligently and got it all sorted. Nick came and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. This is a great dealership to deal with and when we moved back down to the south, they came highly recommended. They have never disappointed. Thank you Nick and all the staff, always a pleasure.

I have only just started coming to Orangeville Hyundai from another Hyundai location, after moving into the area. I was very pleased with the service Eric provided when I called to schedule my maintenance service appointment as soon as possible. On my arrival Eric was very helpful in addressing my added concern regarding one of my tires leaking air, and prompt to get my car to Mechanic Nick to look into as well as complete my scheduled maintenance service. Eric made sure to keep me in the loop on everything and informed me Nick was diligently making several attempts testing to locate the leak so that my vehicle would be safe to drive. Nick informed that after several attempts he still couldn’t find the leak, and Nick was so kind to recommend for me to take to Active Green and Ross to use their dunk tank if needed. Nick was very professional and would not charge me for this added service. They also did a complimentary cleaning of my vehicle after service was completed, which pleasantly surprised me.
Eric and Nick were very conscientious and professional. I was very impressed.
