Orlando Station

It's like you step back in time. Beautiful original details all throughout the building and property! The guy at the counter couldn't have been any kinder or more helpful. The bathrooms were spotless and well stocked. Pay attention to the parking signs because they have different types but all look almost identical at a glance. Definitely worth a trip

This is A completely unreliable way to travel and honestly, if I could give THIS station zero stars I would. Our train is supposed to leave at 1:36 this afternoon. These douchebags didn't even show up until 2: 30.!!! And by the way they ask you to show up thirty minutes early!! So I showed up 30 minutes early just to be delayed 1 HOUR. I had NO IDEA we would even be delayed until 1:15!!! It's pretty sad when a customer feels like they should've taken the bus instead. At least a greyhound would have been on time.... Thanks for making me 2 hours late to a concert that didnt even start until 6 pm AMTRACK! Ill be sure to spread the word! Oh yeah and thanks for getting me sick too, I just LOVE standing in the rain to wait!

Needs signage to show you where to go. Rude employees that have no interest in helping you either. Extremely easy to miss your train if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing. Take the brightline train instead.

I love traveling with Amtrak and did for many years . I am grateful for the train service but the Station is in serious need of a makeover. As far as the train delays/ this happens due to unexpected happenings, such as an accident ect/ they are not late because they want to be . It even happens with Ubers - Cabs / Airlines & Ect. when I was traveling somtimes there would be a restaurant open or they may have gone out of business leaving travelers hungry while waiting for a delayed train . All in all I am a loyal customer of Amtrak and will continue to be.?

This is a busy station and I love that it is being preserved. The woodwork for the seating is gorgeous! I have a deep appreciation for the work that went into building the station. Though I love all things vintage one thing that needs to be updated are the bathrooms.

It's my first experience at this station, but I didn't expect it to be so depressing. I can understand that it is an old, ugly building. Given the way things are in Orlando, which is a very touristy area where thousands of visitors are received, it leaves a lot to be desired when you compare it with other train stations. The waiting area is dirty and old-fashioned veneer. The staff is very poor. In short, this station urgently needs a remodel and make it a very modern one.

It is nice to have an Amtrak station that is full service. The station building needs a serious upgrade though. The staff is helpful and professional.
