"As soon as I walked into Party City, I was warmly greeted by the team. Birthdays are always hectic, right? Especially when you're planning a party for an autistic son who is sensitive to loud noises. He's in his Batman era, and I'm doing everything I can to make this day as great and 'Au-Some' as possible. Savannah, Oswaldo, and Cecelia were incredibly patient with me, even as I struggled with indecisiveness. Savannah, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with getting new balloon bouquets after the ones I had purchased earlier this week popped. I don't know who their manager is, but these employees deserve some serious recognition for the help they gave today. Thank you for making this birthday a little easier and a lot more special. Five stars!"

Ordered online, was ready fast, and transaction was easy! Great job!!!

The cashier at this place has very bad service. If you come to the place it is to buy, not to order, and if she chose to work with customer service, she should know and give better attention. I do not recommend that you go to that place in that location.

FYI the number balloons are $5 with helium at Family dollar VS $30 at Party City , I think Party City should only charge more if it’s a unique color cause other stores don’t have the cool colors but $30 for 2 balloons , you can get the same ones at dollar tree $20 cheaper

They let us play and be kids. We found tons of props to act with. Their costume selection is amazing, and you just have to get in on the buy one get one half off!! The workers were cool.

I just want to give a huge thanks to Leah, she is awesome she took her time and made sure I got everything I needed. I’m doing a rest in peace happy birthday for my father and she just doesn’t know the happiness she filled my heart with by being so kind! Thank you and keep doing an AWESOME JOB! Also this was first time ever coming to this store too!

Great selection and great service!! I take my son here for all of the wonderful holiday and party supplies. I'm not sure who has more fun..my son or me! We love PARTY CITY!!!!!!!

Pretty calm this close to Halloween, & both staff members I spoke to were helpful.
