j'ai été bien reçu, les mesures de distanciation sociale étaient en place et pas difficiles èa respecter.
Les réparations qui devaient être faites l'ont été. j'ai remarqué que le coût était moindre par rapport aux dernières visites.
En plus, j'ai bénéficié d'un billet me permettant de faire un lavage auto.
J"ai vraiment apprécié le service y compris l'accueil dans les circonstances qu'on sait...

Make the trip here. I came for service & recall after booking an appointment at another dealer that was the pits. This place is a well oiled machine. Shuttle service staff are super friendly. Service advisers were excellent and upfront. Everyone is doing their job & working. So refreshing to visit a business that wants your business and knows how to treat customers. They have a phone number & someone answers the phone too, which is a huge bonus! Highly recommend and will be back. No need to feel embarrassed if your car is messy ? They don't judge

The entire experience was very good. I was expecting to have to drop off my car for 2 recalls and oil change. From reviews I read online for the recall, I was ready to not have my car for days. But I was told I can have a same day mobile service done in within an hour. The technician was super efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

I used to come here when it was Moe Campbell Ford, it was a good place to get work done. Now, I call to find out information about my vehicle and no one ever calls me back in the service dept. Then they have the balls to call me and ask me if I want to book an oil change and other services months later . They say if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all so I don't have anything to say about this place or Rose City Ford where I bought the vehicle. See Rose city for basically the same review but names changed. If you want someone to answer the phone in the service dept then call Joe Meloche Ford in Amherstburg. As for the reply, this is not the first time no one has called me back to figure out the issues with my truck, no use in sending a message because no one will return my call .
