trains are clean and usually on time. very comfortable and feels safe. my only wish is that more trains would run daily so i could catch a ride maybe every 30 minutes or so and also on weekends and holidays because in its current state you might have to wait up to 2 hours for a train and they don’t run weekends or holidays. fares are dirt cheap and service is awesome

Very nice place and we are waiting for this new train service. Easy to travel Orlando without traffic jam or delay. More Parking lots, bus and taxi stand.

It was just awesome experience!! I also went there during their free tour, so it was packed with people. Plus, they are very much cheaper than Uber or any other transportation services.

Easy to use. Very affordable. Quick service. Clean station and trains. Great for going into Orlando without the traffic and parking issues. Poncianna station now has a Lynx Bus that runs every hour and will drop you off near your home or at your home. See photo for details.

After missing my stop at kissimmee, I accidentally made it down to the last stop on the sunrail line, the poinciana station. Yesii, the sunrail ambassador who works at the station was extremely kind and helpful and was so much fun to talk to while waiting for my northbound train. She also gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat when I went back to kissimmee. couldn’t be more thankful for her thoughtfulness!

It's a nice experience for the most part. I love how clean the trains are and that they are mostly on time. Trains are nice on the inside, most of them even have tables and power outlets for if you need to use a laptop or something. Also free Wi-Fi. The ticket price is not bad at all either.

My big issue with the Sunrail though is the scheduling. Some times of the day there's about an hour or even 2 hours between trains which is inconvenient for people like me who are unable to drive and must rely on services like the Sunrail to get to School or Work and back Home each day. There's also no service after 10pm until 5am, as well as no service on Weekends and Holidays which is inconvenient for those who need to work on those days or something. I feel that if they added even limited service on those days and advertised it better, then the consumer base will expand even more.
