I always take my boat to Portside. The simple reason, excellent customer service. Rick is awesome and always very on top of things. I have twin F350s and like to go off shore. If I ever have an issue, Portside is quick to get on it.

Everyone at port side marine was so nice and helpful. We went there to look at one of their shop boats they were selling . Josh showed my boys and I a few new boats and two weeks later we brought my wife and the deal was done! Great sales process and closing with Dean and great customer service.

After picking my boat up this morning , Notice my bumper hanging off the side of boat. Removed and went back to the house, Never looking inside the boat, Once inside the the boat, The day took a turn. One of battery box covers under the engine, ladder and board laying on the floor of boat. Bait well cover open. Got on the boat and the bait well would not drain holding 3 gals of rain water. After removing the new hose found a silcone plug inside. I took it in for warranty work on new engine with trim seal damage and Installing new hoses to bait well and wash down. Turn the key on and both batteries are dead since the battery switch was left to both. After recharging check the trim and tilt and they did I nice job on that work. Now I can push my tongue in a 1/2 inch of hitch hydraulic braking system, but I forgot to leave them the key that inserts into hitch if you want to back up the boat without being hook to the reverse circuit in your wiring harness, but thats will be my 2000 dollar mistake if a seal or piston got damage. The ez- loader trailor is a couple months old. I suggest checking your boat inside and out before you leave. But they are very nice people, ps duck tape your brake key release into the tongue.

This was a very disappointing experience at Portside Marine. When I received my boat back they gave me my boat back sideways on the trailer, 2 broken latches, my keel guard ripped off, my radios not hooked back up and pieces of metal and screws and even a used toothpick on the floor of my boat and huge scratch in my 3k boat wrap (Sloppy Work). The sales manager Dean and I “quote” what do you want me to say…. How about an apology! They are only trying to get your money and get you out the door! Do not give them the time of day. They will be getting this review on every rating website and a report to the Better business bureau, I will be reaching out to Suzuki directly to let them know what kind of business one of there dealers are conducting, a simple I’m sorry for our negligence would have avoided this.
