Great work fast with assistance my car was fixed in a timely manner. Dan got me in and he was honest about when my car maybe ready due to them having a lot cars before me. He kept in touch with letting me know about what service I needed and the cost. Dan contacted me about when my car went into the shop and what was needed to be done to my car. I’ve received multiple call about my car. The overall communication was great love it.

He was extremely helpful, kept me up to speed throughout the entire process, and ensure that I was satisfied prior to working with the mechanics to repair my vehicle. Jerry, Barry and Haley were absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and professional. They answered all my questions, told me EVERYTHING about the jeep and helped me walk out with my dream car! Honestly, I didn't know too much about buying cars but they made It such a smooth process! I learned ALOT. They even offered me lunch since I was there for a few hours! Felt like I’ve known them forever. And the rest of the staff was friendly as well! I can't thank you guys enough!! Still smiling! I finally got my Jeep Wrangler and I love her!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!
UPDATE 7/27/24: I continue to find parts missing in the engine compartment for the warranty repair listed below. The ECU is not bolted in, bolts were missing, and I may en up having to replace it after it's been bouncing around for the last 7+ months. PREMIER is Ray Brandt, the exact same employees in the service dept still work there. And I have still not received the "reimbursement" they said they had for me after I was told a check just needed to be signed by the comptroller. Note, I never requested reimbursement for the damages, time, rental car(s), or over charges.

EDIT 2/1/24: I brought the vehicle to Bergeron Jeep to repair the exhaust leak/broken/missing manifold bolts that Ray Brandt caused. They informed me that in fact, the Jeep DOES have a collapsed lifter, so it was misdiagnosed by Ray Brandt from the beginning. As a former tech, I do not understand how you can mistake a collapsed lifter for an exhaust manifold leak (other than pure laziness). Everything below remains true and accurate.

Please do not go here. I'll be brief, but you need to understand that taking your vehicle here for anything will end in disaster. On 10/4 I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair (exhaust leak). I used to be a tech at a Chevy dealership and know warranty repairs are despised so I asked for a refrigerant exchange and new tires as well. Overcharged $170 for the refrigerant exchange and several hundred for the new tires (they also said they honored the coupons but per the invoice, they did not). They brought the vehicle out, wrong tires were put on, but we got that sorted out. It was a fight to get them to honor the "3 tires for full price, 4th tire for $1" coupon they had posted in their service dept.

On 11/16 I brought it back for the exhaust repair, passenger side manifold. I picked it up on 11/24 and found it had a REALLY bad exhaust leak, serpentine belt was installed incorrectly forcing me to replace belt/idler pulleys/tensioner, and the dipstick was installed incorrectly leading to a massive oil leak and no oil indicated on dipstick. I also noticed an intermittent "No Bus" error message from the dash, indicating the ECM was removed and installed incorrectly (bent pins, dirt and oil at connector). I brought it back on 11/27 and it was there until 12/22 when I picked it up....the only thing "fixed" was the dipstick was reinstalled correctly.

I was without the vehicle for over a month, no one from Ray Brandt has ever called me to give me a status, and when I get it back, essentially nothing was done. I've spent over $1400 repairing items they broke, paying for rental cars/Ubers, and paying them a deductible to fix a warrantied item they didn't fix but in fact made worse.

When I got the vehicle back, the exhaust manifold was missing a bolt. At no point was I rude to anyone nor did I get upset...just don't bring your vehicle there and save yourself some pain as there are plenty of dealerships in the area that can competently provide service. Throughout the process I wrote the service manager a note on what was done incorrectly, and left a voicemail. I also reached out to the Customer Relations Manager but again, I've never received a call back (on status or otherwise). Take your vehicle to Bergeron.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I am not the one to leave a negative review but after unsatisfactory service it’s a must I did to save others from the troubles I experienced. Brought my Jeep in for service, within the two weeks it’s been there no one called to give an update on the issues I brought it in for. I called several times, my service advisor Vicky gave me the run around. When I finally got her on the phone she stated the mechanic couldn’t find the problem and that he will test drive the vehicle again, 2 days later I called again to inquire of what they found, she stated it was a coolant issue. Friday I was told the mechanic is working on the issue & the vehicle would be ready for pick up the Saturday. I called the dealership that Saturday several times to see if the vehicle was ready for pick up, No one answered the phone or returned my phone call. The following week no one called me about the vehicle being ready once again I called several times With no direct answer. I finally decided to take matters into my own hand and went down to the Dealership and was told that there wasn’t any issues. So basically the vehicle sat at the dealership for two weeks without not one thing being done. This dealership has very very poor communication and very poor service, I don’t recommend anyone bringing their vehicle in for service here at this dealership.

If I can leave zero stars I would have.

Daniel was our salesmen at Premier Dodge and he was a great salesmen! He had the jeep, I inquired about online, already pulled to the front of the dealership waiting on us to test drive! He was very informative about the jeep I purchased and made sure he educated us about all the features on the jeep! We loved his sense of humor! He was awesome and I love my Jeep!!

I went for a oil change, my wait was like 1 hour and a half. The man who helped me was awesome but when I got my vehicle back the glove compartment was open and the stuff from my middle console was on the seat and floor. I went I'm and ask the service man, who went to get the mechanic who said he was looking for my tire lock, which made no sense because I went for an oil change ?
