Our experience with Price Leblanc Lexus was nothing short of amazing! From beginning to end, Kim Colvin was there to help and answer any questions I had through the whole process. She had everything prepared and ready for our arrival. We surprised my daughter with her first car and Kim went along with our plan to have the most memorable moment and made our dreams for our daughter’s surprise become a reality! Here’s my wife Shawn and our phenomenal sales rep Abby from Price LeBlanc Lexus saying farewell to her Maxima Platinum and hello to her 2024 RX 350 Premium Plus. We live in Marrero but went to Price LeBlanc near Baton Rouge after my wife spoke with a coworker, who also lives on the West Bank and recently purchased her new vehicle there. Well it was great advice I’m glad we took! Buying a from Price LeBlanc was pleasant and effortless. Everyone at this dealership is so professional and friendly. Our Lexus happened to be certified pre-owned with 25 miles on it after our test drive. The Service department wanted to replace a potential faulty trunk latch/sensor even tho it was working fine. I brought the vehicle back (even tho they offer a pick up return service) when the part arrived. No sooner after sitting down, my service advisor Josh had me in a loaner RX 350 and sent me on my way so I would have to wait and they installed mud guards on the vehicle at no charge! Big thanks to the Service Department Manager Mike Hutchinson! This Price LeBlanc dealership is the best! I know where we are going for our next car…Price LeBlanc!
