I just want to put how wonderful Steve was to work with at progressive. Steve went out of his way to make sure we were in the right truck and met all our needs and wants but still within our budget! Steve came in on his day off to go for a test drive in a truck we wanted to look at. Steve always answered our questions and is very knowledgeable in his job! I purchased a used Toyota (2017) earlier this year and had a great experience dealing with Progressive. Would recommend them to anyone. I love the no-haggle pricing, and also the "shared commission" system (there is no pressure, everyone there is friendly and can take over a sale for someone else if they are away). I mainly dealt with Steve MacDonald but everyone there was great. When we first looked at the car, it had just arrived and hadn't been cleaned, but when I picked it up, it was perfectly detailed, looked almost brand new. The built-in screen wasn't working properly when I got home & tried to program my phone. I told them right away, and they immediately offered to replace the screen or pay for me to replace myself. Really appreciated this service. I'll definitely be back next time I need a vehicle.

When trying to find a vehicle that I was going to love was hard for me because I had to trade in my dream vehicle. I searched for a bit, then a friend was looking online for me as we where chatting and found something I was interested in. So I went and talked to Justin and he made me feel so comfortable and assured me that we will get something that I loved. I told him about my situation and asked about the car I seen. Everyone here is so kind and was doing a great job by helping me get my right car. The car was delivered on time for driving test. I was having a driving test with Steve and there was an issue with the vibration at the driver wheel. Steve recognized the issue almost immediately and promised that the vibration will disappear by changing the new tires.
And as he said, the old tires has been replaced by new ones without any other charge when I came to get it, though the car is an used one. Thanks Steve.

About 2 weeks ago, me and my husband brought in our 2012 Chevrolet Equinox to sell.
