My sales person was Hector and he is a great salesperson. Very friendly and helpful and honest. He didn't put any pressure on us and worked with us and finance to a deal that worked for us.

A word of warning, this place still has different prices on the Internet then when you come to the store which is disappointing. There are also a lot of vehicles we tried did not start because there battery died (not a serious issue as I think it's common with so many vehicles).

Still everyone was very helpful and they have a great selection of vehicles. We walked away with a Lexus 350 GS and and they met us in the middle of there online price and there original price. The negative side of this is that you need to haggle a bit.

Sold my grandpa a Volvo that “passed Ny state inspection” which had absolutely zero maintenance done to it. Here’s the air filter at an inspection. They say the GPU can’t be read by their OBD reader and has possibly been tampered with. Currently finding out what else is wrong with the car and will bring it back with our lawyer

Horrible place. Do not recommend. Left me there waiting for hours I got there at 1040. Left at 240 with no car. They ignore you for hours and never give you updates. When I got in there I wasn’t even given two seconds to look at a car. They were forcing a car onto me. Didn’t have the car in store, even though I told the receptionist Selena that I wanted a specific car she told me it was still available and when I got there it wasn’t and made me wait hours for a mystery car I didn’t even get to see pictures of to arrive. Didn’t want to show me any pictures of the car they were trying to throw onto me. Wanted me to have faith it was good enough. Left me waiting for the car for hours and kept telling me it was ten minutes away when it wasn’t. Receptionist Selena was horrible. Very unhelpful. Ignored my messages when I asked for an update. They only cared about my presence when I walked out the door. They don’t care about their customers at all. And their inventory is garbage. Go anywhere else.

I was greeted with a smile and happily attended to by the representatives and employees here. Everyone was so friendly and treated me like family. The best experience in car purchasing for me. It seems that these car salesmen do not understand numbers at all. They just juggle them. My car went up in price by $6000 for a few minutes and then went down in price by $3000 in 10 minutes. I wasted my time on them.
