When I had some trouble at the air compressor on site, the general manager, Malcolm, went above and beyond. I was so impressed when he came from behind the counter and heled me in the parking lot! I really appreciate the friendly service I always get in the store on a daily basis. Sometimes I stop in and buy a soda just so I can enjoy the friendly people that work there.

I do a lot of driving between West Palm and Tampa, and RaceTrac makes a great stop in between. Decent gas prices, good snacks, and great fountain drinks. The staff is always friendly as well.

As of 1/15 at 5:05 pm the store was closed to the public allowing no one in. I don't know what reason they have for this as a cashier is on site and inside the store but not allowing customer access. This is often the case here and it's ridiculous.

I have to say I live close by and go to this racetrac often, Everytime I go in, there is this one particular guy that works there and he is very rude and disrespectful.. I don't know his name but he is short heavy set with glasses and long black hair. I believe he is a manager too which is even more upsetting to me because his customer service skills really sucks. Something should really be done about this, I know it's not just with me either. My husband has had a bad experience with him as well.

Still the best price around. I use tap to pay with no issues and never a problem getting my receipt (if requested) to claim my Upside cash back! I am a rewards member so my savings adds up.

Not 24hrs!!! Stopped there after an exhausted trip for gas, bathroom break and some snacks but the doors were closed. It was 3:20 am and nothing else showed on line to be opened. So disappointed. You need to change your hours online to reflect what your hours are. There was an employee there didn't even look my way.

This place needs to be tore down and remodeled. Before the other popular gas station came to town this was the one to go to. Not anymore. It's small cramped and out of date. The features that this station brand are getting famous for are not in this store. Get with the times RaceTrac update your store.
