Jay Hatfield went above and beyond with my recent tire repair. They came and picked up my vehicle and then delivered it back to me all in the same day. My work schedule did not allow me to leave and they gave me wonderful customer service.

It should not have taken 1.5 weeks to get the tires. That timeline is absurd for a dealership, costs be damned. Customer satisfaction should be the priority. Since we picked up the truck, we've come across more and more issues in the 3 weeks we've had it, including the check engine light coming on with 6 different codes, costing us upwards of $700 to repair it, and with very minimal usage that would habe caused it. It was not a sound vehicle, and there was a clear limit on the issues we were allowed to point out to have repaired before purchasing it, when there shouldn't have been ANY issues. I'm not talking about the cosmetic paint chips. That's expected with a used vehicle. The other issues would be expected if it were in the "sold as is" section of the lot and advertised as so, yet this truck was not. Therefore, it should have been ready to go and not have any mechanical issues prior to listing and selling the vehicle. Yet that was NOT the case. I am not recommending Jay Hatfield to anyone, in fact I am telling people NOT to go there because we've had a less than pleasant experience. We will not take any of our vehicles back there because this vehicle buying process has been nothing but stressful and frustrating, to say the least. So instead, we are taking our vehicle to a dealership and staff that we trust to fix it. At this point what's done is done, and that's the end. Jay Hatfield was not a pleasant car buying experience, and I will definitely discourage others from purchasing a vehicle from them. Customer satisfaction, customer safety safety, and quality vehicles are NOT a priority at all. Profits seem to be the only priority.

They are great at sending me reminders of needed maintenance on my vehicle. It is great that I can text with them rather than a phone call due to working. They are always kind whenever I have went inside. They are also great about giving me a ride to work or picking me up after work to get my vehicle back as well as they will also pick up my vehicle from work and bring it back. I have never had a bit of trouble with the vehicle I have purchased from them this is my second one from Jay Hatfield and both have been great vehicles the only reason I traded was for a little roomier car.

Rather disappointed that we were not informed at the time that the service appointment was confirmed that map updates for the integrated navigation system were no longer available. This was never brought up until we arrived at the dealership to have the requested services performed.

While not a fault of the dealership, it seems quite unconscionable that updates for (a not inexpensive) integrated system would be discontinued in such a short time with no other options available. This will most assuredly be a major consideration should we choose to purchase another late model vehicle.

Sales department-good people.
Service-I believe the manager is a great guy but the service techs don't actually pay attention to the paperwork and just mark boxes. Mark windshield had no cracks twice and both times it did. Last service the air pressure in tires were marked at incorrect psi and then wasn't even correct with what was written. Jason in contracts is absolutely awesome and Zach is a great salesman if not for them I would take my business elsewhere.
