Je conduis une Dodge Challenger et je rencontrais des difficultés avec le démarrage de ma voiture. Le temps de démarrage avait atteint 10 secondes chaque jour.

Suite à mon appel à Richmond Hill Dodge, j'ai parlé avec Mme Jess, qui m'a assuré de venir le lendemain pour régler le problème. À mon arrivée, Mme Jess m'a accueilli chaleureusement et m'a assuré qu'ils s'occuperaient de tout.

Après avoir effectué un test de diagnostic, ils ont identifié une défaillance de la batterie avec le code d'erreur : HG2C1-5S9nk-0003. De manière remarquable, ils ont effectué toutes les réparations en seulement 2 heures, et je n'ai rien eu à débourser car cela était couvert par la garantie.

Les services de la concession, leur accessibilité et leur communication étaient exceptionnels. Malgré le fait que je préfère généralement éviter les concessions pour les vidanges d'huile, cet endroit est une perle - pas de foule, un accès facile, une communication fluide et aucune attente pour des rendez-vous pendant 10 jours.

Un grand merci à Mme Jess pour son assistance. Je reviendrai certainement à cette concession pour des vidanges d'huile et autres services réguliers.

Dominic (Salesman) was pleasant to deal with from looking at the car, paperwork and closing the deal. Loved his sense of humour. The process was seamless and he followed up to see if there was any issues once we got the car home.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Richmond Hill Chrysler when i brought my car in for service. From start to finish, the staff were professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and most of all . . . HONEST.

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Domenic Bertucci (Brand Specialist) and David (from service dept), who took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the service process in detail. I also talked to the Service Manager. Josh provided me with a clear estimate and timeline, which i really appreciated

The quality of the work done on my car was outstanding. They fixed the issues quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. I could tell they genuinely care about their customer and take pride in their work. Imagine this, i was charged 800 dollars to a thousand in a different dealership or maybe more. But when Josh (service manager) emerged into the waiting lounge and told me they can fixed it with 75 dollars service fee. Wow!!! People working in this place are honest. They work with pride, honesty and integrity. What they fix is still working until now.

Additionally, the dealership itself was clean and well-organized, making for a pleasant environment while i waited. They even offered complimentary refreshment, which was a nice touch!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Richmond Hill Chrysler. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that goes above and beyond. Their attention to detail and customer care truly sets them apart

I can’t say enough good things about the service department here. Josh and Jessica (and the entire staff) is amazing to work with. I bought a used vehicle at another Ram dealership which was still under warranty and started having some issues, brought it to RH Dodge and Josh immediately started working to get all the issues fixed, which was all under warranty. I’ve been in and out of the service department over the past month fixing issues that Highway 11 Ram (where I bought it) seemingly hid, and Josh and Jess jumped right on it to get it all fixed and taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough. Fantastic service both on the vehicle and customer service.

I work nearby and just had my second emergency visit recently. And both times these individuals were Super Heroes. Not only did they have a majority of parts in shop. I was able to get my vehicle back the same day of repairs. And both times, these were not simple repairs. But they got the job done and they did it well! And explained it to me in a way I could understand. They even offered parts and services at a reasonable price. While waiting I saw how regular customers came in and were greeted like long time friends. It was nice to see. I don't live nearby but I do work nearby. Therefore, I'm going to make this my go to shop for all and any future repairs and checks!

Whom ever is running this platform should actually take a breather. I have come across many pages and am astonished at the sheer classless-ness of this business and how they handle criticism with concocted scenarios to reviews.

Please do not bring down the ranks of individuals in your culture with this behaviour. You should own your downfalls and refrain from making up stories to somehow feel better about your shortcomings. I can only assume you have hired individuals that mirror the management.

A customer service tutorial for you :
A simple response “sorry for not meeting your expectations, please come back to “insert name” and we can take care of your needs better” is a great response for the next individual who feels like you have treated them poorly.
