Went in today to urgent care because I had fallen and broken my hand. I could tell when I walked in it was not going to be good because the front desk girl was super unfriendly. I was turned away for services because I had not paid a bill in full and was making payments. I told the front desk girl I was in pain and would be willing to pay for the visit in full, even though I have insurance. She just said sorry we can’t see you. She turned away someone in pain who needed immediate care as well as somebody willing to pay for rendered services that day so lost money for St Agnes. Definitely no compassion and not what I was told this Hospital and medical facilities ethics were founded on. This is not the first negative experience I’ve had with Saint Agnes but after so many decided to post a review because I have never had any healthcare experiences this terrible. I will finish paying my payments and never return to Saint Agnes facilities.

I have been going to Magnolia for about 3 years now and can’t say enough good thing about them. Dr. Malvini is the best! She has amazing bedside manner and explains things thoroughly. I went to three different doctors before finally finding Dr. Malvini, the other doctors did not respect my decisions and tried to push various treatments on me. I’ve also had visits with Tina and she’s been great as well, not pushy either and I can’t stress how important that is to me! The staff is always friendly. I don’t understand the bad reviews, but I felt I should give my prospective because I’ve only ever had good experiences.

Was under PA Tina’s care for about two years. Can’t count on her to follow up with you on abnormal labs in a timely matter (or at all) for that matter. You have to be on top of your own care and advocate for yourself. It took her 7 months to decide to refer me to a specialist, over a month of waiting on an update for my referral only to find out on my own that her original test is way too old for the specialist to evaluate so I have to start all over and redo original testing. If I hadn’t called to follow up with the referrals office I would’ve never found out. A competent provider doesn’t tell you she’s not concerned with a result then changes her mind months.

Dr. Malvini is the best of the best! Her beside manners are amazing and she makes you feel that you feel acknowledge and validated. I have been coming to her since 2019 and I can honestly say she has saved my life. Her staff is also wonderful as they are on it to schedule your follow ups and follow through in updating you on the status of your referrals.

Malvini is kind and warm, a very sweet person. Her staff reflects very negatively on St. Agnes- Magnolia as a whole. Especially the front desk worker, Evelyn. Zero compassion for patients, and provides zero assistance. We will have to change care providers due to her staff being so unhelpful. The neglect prolongs care, I hope adjustments are made for the patient’s sake. I hope Dr. Malvini gets the support staff she deserves. Send your loved ones elsewhere.

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Malvini, who was extremely kind and professional. However, the front desk person at this office is the absolute worst staff I've ever met. She gave me EXTREMELY NASTY attitudes every single time I interacted with her; the experience of visiting this office has become so traumatic that I grew to avoid regular health appointments just so that I don't have to be confronted by this front desk person.

On my first-time visit at the office, she somehow assumed that I wasn't a patient here and attempted to kick me out of the waiting room while I was waiting for my husband (also a patient with Dr. Malvini, who had his appointment right before mine).

On another time, when I called in for an online appointment, the same front desk person was being extremely rude and impatient on the phone. After she received my credit card info, she immediately hanged me up while I was still asking her a question. Of course, she gave me the NASTY attitude again when I called back.

On my last visit, where Dr. Malvini had to shift my appointment 30 minutes earlier, the same front desk person did NOT inform me this information until after I arrived at the office. She told me I was "late for my appointment" and had to "reschedule for another appointment" that was at least 2 months away with the same NASTY attitude, and in the meantime, being deliberately, overtly friendly towards other patients in the room (as if not getting along with her was my problem).

I have reported this to the office; the doctors were super apologetic but somehow this front desk person's NASTY ATTITUDE kept coming back to me again and again. Not sure where she was coming from (my minority ethnic background, perhaps?). Now that we have moved away from the Fresno/Clovis area, I can finally speak up about how badly this front desk person has bullied me. This one single person has unfortunately made the local community a much worse place, where certain members like me are somehow excluded from the quality health care we all deserve.

It's been almost a year since I last visited this office, so I'm not sure if she's still employed. I hope not.

Had my first visit with Dr. Malvini. She is absolutely amazing! I am so glad I found her. Wonderful bedside manner and very personable. Love her!! It is so hard to find great physicians that actually care.

Omg! I don’t understand why they have to reschedule my appt just because I’m late by 8 mins (0900) from my initial doctor consultation, when I’m actually early for my actual appt (which is not until 0930). They don’t have any consideration at all. Didn’t care why I’m running late. Well, I won’t be coming back. Asked me to reschedule, heck no! ?
